OlderMaggie Gyllenhaal Gets 'An Education'
Maggie Gyllenhaal is playful with the cameras at the premiere of the new film An Education at the Paris Theater on Monday (October 5) in New York City.
Peter Sarsgaard, Maggie‘s husband stars in An Education, a British coming-of-age drama film about a teenage girl in 1960′s suburban London, and will have a limited release on October 16th in the US.
The 31-year-old actress recently signed up with Daniel Craig, Linda Emond and Mike Nichols to join the lineup for the Public Theater’s Courage in Concert benefit, Oct. 19 in the Newman Theater, Variety reports.

Jared – You failed to mention a rather important piece of info: her husband Peter Sarsgaard stars in An Education.

I agree with all your comments. She is not good looking. I can say the same thing for her brother too, Jake Gyllenhal. There is something off with their faces. She’s not bright too. Heard her being interviewed in David Letterman and boy, she is dumb. She is one of those people pretending they’re intelligent but actually are not.

Thank God, I am not the only person who just doesn’t get the hoopla about Maggie Gyllenhaal. I am sure she is a very nice person but she is SO unattractive. Too bad Sarsgaard, who is one of the most underrated actor in Hollywood, linked up with that no talent hack.
She’s awesome! It’s a pleasant surprise to see so many talented actresses on this board.
JJ usually posts alot about has beens and media whores. Maggie, Rachel Weisz, Kristen Bell – it’s a breath of fresh air around here.
