Ryan Gosling: Dead Man's Bones Tour!

Ryan Gosling and his BFF bandmate Zach Shields have created a very unique video announcing the tour for their band Dead Man’s Bones.

The tour goes on all month and kicks off @ 8PM at Middle East on Wednesday (October 14) in Cambridge, Mass.

Check out the promo below — it involves a dog popping a bunch of balloons! Here’s the vid’s description: “We have been severely influenced by the works of [actor] Jan Michael Vincent and early [philosopher/ novelist] Jean Paul Sartre and I guess this our way of saying “thank-you” to all those who stood for something real and several things unreal. For all the Lou Diamond Phillips of the world who can step out in faith and say ‘please show my date the way out, quick’! This is for you.”

These 2 are really talented…they have this eerie, yet mature sound. They’re a fun band…I’d love to see them! Good for them!!

  • ri23

The fact they know how to spell “we’re” properly is such a turn on.

Their album is crap!!…except for one or two songs. They ruined Paper Ships, Dead Mans Bones and In the room where you sleep with the studio version!!

All those screaming its amazing, are only saying it cos of Ryan. If it was a nobody who put out the exact same album, we never hear hide nor hair from about it???

yesss Cambridge is their first stop! I’ll definitely be there.

Saw them in Cambridge and it was fun, refreshing, unique. Yes, they can sing and yes, they can play instruments–they are good at both. I most admired the work they put into each show~new talent, new choirs in every city… I can’t imagine the amount of effort that goes into preparing for their show with such little time. Am I a huge fan of their music? Not this particular album. But the show was so much fun that I am definitely interested in seeing what they come out with next.
