OlderGwyneth Paltrow Not Ready For 'The Gwyneth Show'
Gwyneth Paltrow (in a Roland Mouret dress, Alice + Olivia trench and Louboutin gladiators) celebrates the DVD release of designer Valentino Garavani and his business partner Giancarlo Giammetti‘s The Last Emperor at the VBH Gallery on New York City’s Madison Avenue on Tuesday night (October 27).
“I would do anything for Giancarlo and Valentino,” the 37-year-old actress told the WSJ. “When we were on a road trip in Italy for my 30th birthday, my father got pneumonia and…he just kind of died on me. It was horrible. But Giancarlo and Valentino were godsends. They came to my rescue. When somebody does a thing like that for you, well, you just love them beyond words.”
When asked if there will ever be a full-blown feature on her life, Gwyn told WWD, “I don’t think I would be an interesting enough subject. I’m just a typical busy working mother—there would be a lot of school runs, a lot of cooking, a lot of talking on the phone, a lot of e-mailing. Not six dogs and ski chalets [like Valentino], sadly.”

I think she’s fabulous. How dear Valentino and Giancarlo were to her, as well. I agree – you never forget someone who stands with you in difficult times. The documentary on them is really stunning. They live in a different world.

Is she talking about her dad kind of died on her. If so that’s a horrible thing to say. I Like her mom but Gwyneth is disgusting. She never should have been an actress. She only get acting jobs because of who her parents know. That’s why no talent cows like her end up in front of the camera.
I hate all of her outfits. The shoes are hideous.
The jacket is pretty but the constant assortment of super short dresses and skirts is boring and unflattering. She’s too predictable but I’ll give her credit for taking a risk for the coat.

I think she’s ridiculous but I’ll give her credit for admitting she’d be boring on a reality show. Even her cooking segment was dull and that was only a few minutes long.

She looks pretty cute there. Why does she usually look so bad? She is the only celebrity who is almost unrecognizable without good styling and makeup. That can be inspiring I guess depending on how you look at it. Anyone can look good if they invest enough time and money into their appearance.
