Lindsay Lohan looks refreshed and relaxed as she shops at the still exclusive, by appointment only Church Boutique on Saturday (November 7) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 23-year-old actress is overheard on a three-minute audio tape of her in a very distraught state, which was released by her father Michael Lohan. “Mommy says that I’m worse than you were,” a crying Lindsay is heard telling father on the tape. Recorded in September 2008, Lindsay‘s mom can be heard saying, “She’d like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car … like you don’t know the [expletive] I went through.”
Lindsay has reportedly contacted attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, asking her to get a restraining order against her father Michael.

Lindsay’s mother Dina is no better than her ex-husband Michael.
They both have exploited and abused that young lady until nothing
is left of her. I said on Lindsay’s last post, that the poor thing, has
never had a real childhood or a happy life.
Several years ago at the premier of ” Parent Trap,” she made a
remark that the filming of the show was the happiest time of her
life so far. And that how she ” really wished for a home-life like
the movie portrayed. ” Dina was furious and came back stating
that ALL children get caught up in ” fantasy worlds ” and her
daughter was no different. She even blamed Natasha Richardson
and Dennis Quaid for ” spoiling her ” and giving ” undue attention ” to her when it was unnecessary.”
Maybe if Dina and Michael had given her some attention and love
like other adults had, when she was much younger, Lindsay would
have been a much happier person, free of drugs and alcohol.
