Kristen Bell hits the red carpet at the 2009 American Music Awards at L.A.’s Nokia Theatre on Sunday (November 22).
The 29-year-old actress, who presented the award for Favorite Country Band/Duo/Group to Rascal Flatts, wore a super-flattering bandeau top and skirt by Christian Cota, Louboutin heels and finished her look off with a clutch by Judith Leiber and a ring by Neil Lane.

This is actually one bad dress. Can it even be called a dress? Looks more like a cloth wrapped around a bust and a butt. Nothing againt the girl, I don’t even know who she is.
