Hilary Duff keeps warm in a cashmere Burbery snood after getting a manicure and pedicure at Venus Nails on Monday afternoon (December 7) in Toluca Lake, Calif.
The 22-year-old Gossip Girl actress, who toted around a Chanel handbag, walked into the nail salon wearing Hunter by Jimmy Choo crocodile rain boots and walked out wearing flip-flops to let her toe nail polish dry. (Rachel Bilson owns the same pair in blue!)
