OlderCate Blanchett and Her Boys Grab A Cab
Cate Blanchett and her sons brave 25 degree temperatures in New York City on Friday (December 11) and hail a cab to get home.
The 40-year-old Aussie actress held hands with Dashiell, who turned 8 last week, and Roman, 5, as they crossed the street, but once they were close enough to their building, Roman ran inside! Brr!
Cate is getting great reviews for her work in A Streetcar Named Desire – NYTimes theater critic Ben Brantley raved, “What Ms. Blanchett brings to the character is life itself, a primal survival instinct that keeps her on her feet long after she has been buffeted by blows that would level a heavyweight boxer.”

for the same reason the paps go after suri cruise, angie and brad’s kids, nicole kidman’s little girl etc etc. it’s economics; the pictures sell.
