Vampire Diaries star Sean Faris goes shirtless for the February 2010 cover of Men’s Health. Here are some fitness tips from the 27-year-old actor:
On not eating out too often: “Cooking at home is key to being in shape. You can order a salad in a restaurant, but not know what you’re getting.”
On lifting lighter weights but with better form: “I see so many people in the gym just slinging weight around. You can accomplish more if you squeeze the reps out in perfect form, instead of going big and trying to kill it every time.”
On cheating big or going home: “If I’m going to cheat, I do it right,” (His recent splurge: a brownie, and ice cream with hot fudge.)

where did you guys hear that he’s going to be on vampire diaries because i just checked internet movie database and it said no such thing and imdb already says that ian somerhalder is coming back for lost so i think if sean was gonna be on vampire diaries it would say.

Faris is set to become a recurring character in the upcoming episodes of The Vampire Diaries. His character is named “Ben” but little else is known at this point.

And YES people, he’s on The Vampire Diaries. He will be starring on January as Ben, MAtt’s friend (he will play a human but he knows about the vampire stuff).
I have a crush with him since y was 14 (i’m 20!) so..i’m happy to see him around and doing some things. Maybe he’s not an A-list actor but he’s producing 3 movies with his agent (Dino May) and i heard he’s pretty good.

He’s not on the vampire diaries. Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder play the brothers Salvatore in the Vampire Diaries. He does look a little bit like Paul when his hair is longer but definitely not him.
