Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes celebrate her 31st birthday at an Irish pub in Sevilla, Spain on Thursday (December 17)!
Also joining in on the fun were the family’s kids Suri, Connor and Isabella and Tom‘s Knight and Day co-star Cameron Diaz.
After spending time together to celebrate, the Cruises headed straight to the airport after wrapping up filming earlier that day.

Since Cameron was his co-star, it would make since that she was invited and
they would have a good time together talking about the film, and how it
would do when it finally came out. Who wouldn’t talk about a film they
had just finished wrapping up with their co-star and was leaving in a
few minutes? It looked liked in the pictures, that Tom AND Cameron
were excited and everyone was just having a good time, and I’m sure
relieved that it was over in time to spend the Holidays with their family.
Why wouldn’t he invite his older children? They probably
can choose who they want to spend Christmas with at their age. Both
children are old enough to decide when to go, and how long they want
to stay with each parent. I really cannot imagine Tom telling them to do anything, after he said once he raised them to be ” independent and to speak their mind. ”
It won’t ruin or change my plans WHAT they do, so let’s leave
them alone and let them do what they want to in private for once.

Tom and her Dad has taught her NOT to take them

Katie AND Tom looked at a Condo/Penthouse unit together to have
in New York when they are there to visit OR making a movie. That is all.
According to my neighbor, Bella was so upset about it, that Tom is

LOS ANGELES — The former owner of a Beverly Hills-based magazine has filed a complaint seeking $5 million from actor Tom Cruise, celebrity lawyer Bertram Fields and private investigator Anthony Pellicano that claims he was illegally wiretapped after Cruise filed a defamation suit against him.
Michael Davis Sapir, in a suit filed in Superior Court, claimed that Pellicano, working for Cruise and Fields, intercepted at least 1,000 conversations before the defamation suit was settled. Cruise filed the complaint after Sapir’s Bold Magazine offered a $500,000 reward in 2001 for videotaped evidence that Cruise was gay. The magazine subsequently issued a press release claiming it had received a response to the offer.
Pellicano allegedly overheard conversations between Sapir and his lawyer about litigation strategy that included Sapir’s “fear that Cruise had vastly greater resources with which to pursue the matter, and that despite the strength of (Sapir’s) case, the risk of financial ruination was too great.”
As a result, Cruise and Fields allegedly were able “to extort terms of settlement” that included a stipulation that Cruise did not appear on the videotape and has never had a homosexual affair.
The complaint was filed by Christopher Grivakes of Ives, Kirwan & Dibble and David W. Affeld.

I do NOT know Katie’s Aunt OR Cousin, OR have ever MET them
OR talked to them, OR seen them.
A new neighbor moved into OUR neighborhood,several months ago, and SHE and her
family lived in the SAME neighborhood as Katie’s FIRST cousin.
They were ALSO concerned about Suri’s development for quite some
time, and she has a full-time teacher during the day.
This teacher is NOT a scientologist, and the cousin claims Suri is
NOT on any special Barley water formula mix. She drinks whole
milk ( has seen it being poured ), apple juice, chocolate milk and other normal children’s drinks. And normal foods. Potty Training is slow, and weaning from her bottle is slow, according to her. Normal,
she said, for Autistic children. I don’t know myself. Just repeating info.
By the way, what is personal and private? I only mentioned it with
(autistic) hundred’s of other poster’s, who were picking apart
Suri and Katie daily, and observing how terrible Katie looked.
She DID look tired and sometimes exhausted, every now and then, because my neighbor had CLAIMED Katie was the sole caretaker,
when the teacher left ( no back-up ), and that Suri was very active,
while indoors and needed to be watched.
Outside in public she hid in her mother’s shoulder, and held her ear’s, terrified of loud noises, and crowd’s and had to be held. It wore Katie
out. Making movies was an outlet for Katie, but in the end turned out
to be more exhausting and draining.

Everybody here writes knowing that their opinions are formed from “hearsay” after reading a gossip column. Unless, people here personally know the family, we are all writing based on rumors or pictures. I do not see the difference between Victoria #1 writing to tell us a rumor she heard from a third party as opposed to people writing to address or tell us about a rumor we read from a gossip comumn. It is ok for Victoria #1 to tell us that she “heard” a child is autistic but not ok for someone to write and tell us they “heard” from a gossip column that Katie Holmes is an alcoholic? Talk about a double standard.
I will be sure to address everything I hear about this family from now on as “hearsay”. I “heard” that Tom Cruise is gay. I “heard” that Katie Holmes is an alcoholic. I “heard” that Tom and Katie try to get as many pictures of their child in gossip columns as than so they can keep in the spolight themselves.
