Leona Lewis and her boyfriend, Lou Al-Chamaa, head out to do some last-minute shopping in London on Tuesday (December 22).

The 24-year-old singer picked up some Christmas swag after coming home to Heathrow Airport that evening!

Leona recently told the Liverpool Daily Post that despite her sudden fame thanks to her X Factor win, she’s still the same girl!

“I’ve matured, which just comes with getting older and growing up, but still I’m very much the same,” Leona shared. “A bit wiser and that’s about it.”
