Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie: Street Cart Shopping

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie take their kids to do a little bargain shopping at a street cart in New York City earlier this week.

You can’t really see faces but it looks like the hot Hollywood couple was accompanied by Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh. Check out all the pics at!

Around the same time last week, the six of them were spotted eating together like one big happy family at Cafe Metro.

    Letting Go:
God saw you getting tired. When a cure was not to be,
He closed his arms around you and whispered, “Come to Me”.
In tears we saw you sinking. We watched you fade away.
Our hearts were almost broken, you fought so hard to stay.
But when we saw you sleeping so peacefully free from pain,
We could not wish you back to suffer so again.
So keep your arms around him Lord, and give him special care.
Make up for all he suffered and all that seemed unfair.
    Prayers Always 4 our VickifromTexas..

In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
    You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.

    You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.
    Our family chain is broken,
    and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
    The chain will link again.
Muaah Aunt JoAnn & Aunt Irma will write/ call when I get back from Church Neleh..

    Passing Through @ 12/27/2009 at 4:12 am

I remember reading an article on the pics for Oscar and those that hit 100M and the article said that Up in the Air, would pass it due to it’s pre release buzz. Clooney just can’t open a movie big. And you notice, his movies don’t have huge budgets either.

He does Oscar bait movies because he wants that lead actor Oscar and he wants it badly.

But, he just can’t bring in the audiences.

The only reason he’s still getting parts is he knows the business and how to work it. But, you don’t see studios spending fortunes on his movies. And he either doesn’t get paid, until the movie starts making a profit, or he gets paid very little up front.

…one year while in NY I purchased a faux Coach tote bag for a gift for a friend. The real cost $345.00. They looked just the same only instead of the Coach “C” on the bag it had Gs.
My daughter laughed at me saying are you going to give her a fake bag. I told her I would tell her it was fake and if she didn’t want it I would keep it and get her something else.
The craftsmanship was pretty good, considering. Well she wanted it. She even took to the Coach store to compare it with the real one. When walking out the store one of the sales lady stopped her and asked if she had forgotten to pay for her bag.
Of course on closer inspection she saw the Gs instead of the Cs. She liked it even more after that. lol, lol, lol. Peace

Anybody who would pay hundreds of dollars for a FALSE designer copy cat is in for a bad surprise.
Those COSTLY fake bags lose the stitching and fall apart.
I’ve had CHEAPER handbags last longer upon regular bulky use, than those f***ed up designer copycats… b/c the cheaper ones r more genuinely made by real sellers. The fake designer ones are not made well at all, even if you can’t see it right away.
If I’m gonna buy a designer, I always buy the REAL thing.
I could sell them years later at a good price and still in excellent condition, because they’re stong.
But normally, the real ones are still so good, I don’t need to get rid of them.
I would never be caught w/ a fake. SUCH a foolish waste.

Why are the fans still talking about this stupid and fake “interview” really. Do we need to defend against this lie. Angie would never have said this. so whatever.. and we know the haters know this is not true either.. Let’s move on people.. and stop letting these fools dictate the conversation on this tread.. Let them head over to FF and other such sites where they talk about this I am sure non stop.

Ian book is still selling and can’t forget Andrew Mortons book coming out 2010..ROTFLMAO Around the same time as Salt

LOL @ “still selling”… selling how many copies to whom? This was supposed to be the best-seller of the year, remember? It never got anywhere near the top 100 and now it’s down to # 3,547 on Amazon. As for Morton’s book, great timing. Should generate more interest in Salt and increase the box office. Nobody cares if you FF hags don’t see the movie; there aren’t enough of you to make have any effect on the box office anyway. There aren’t even enough of you to sell tickets to Aniston’s movies and that’s one reason why they are bombing all over the place.

ITAWY.. sick of the fans playng dumb and thinking that putting your head in a hole will make it all go away.. I sent an email..

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

  • dawne

    @Jen the Hag:

And did it occur to the trolls that even if Brad had agreed to sow his ‘oats’ with Angie while he stayed married and had his wife’s blessing……………that Angie would have agreed?

Anyone who knows Angie knows she is not promiscuous or without values………..she was devastated when her father had an affair with Jane Fonda while making Coming Home, and knew first hand the pain and devastation that caused her beloved mother. She would NEVER do that to another woman.

I can state categorically that Angie would not take the relationship any further than friendship unless Brad was a free man. You can take that to the bank. So it didn’t matter what Manny offerred, she didn’t know Angie. If she did she would have known that Brad would have struck out anyway if he was still married. You see, Manny, self-projected her morals, or lack thereof, onto Angie. Angie’s rep may be that of a vamp, but the joke is, she is more straight laced than Manny.

I think the “American Sweetheart’ in reality is Angie and the ho is Manny. It is the opposite of the wide perception. For that I feel Angie has been terribly wronged. I admire her greatly knowing she knows the truth and has to live with this never-ending and scathing public disparaging. This has been the power of the rags. They keep the altered imaging going; along with Huvane and Manny.

But ultimately the truth will reveal itself in full. It always does. I do believe Manny is going to be a GG presenter knowing IB will be nom’d for something………..stupid bish is going to try it again. She is insidious in her desperate attempt to remain relevant despite her successive box office failures.

This must have been brought up already. But i just saw AVATAR and found it really breathtaking. The thing that really mesmerized me though was the Na’vi princess. Doesn’t she embody Angelina Jolie in in so many ways.FELINE beauty (facial structure, and body shape–less the tail and exagerrated height of course). FEARLESS. INSTINCTIVE. PROTECTIVE. FEROCIOUS, and so FULL of LOVE.

  • Ange says stupid sh!t

To Bratt: Does Ange think that that the ten commandments are multiple choice? 10 commandments, what are those? Commandments and constitutions are like caution signs. They are just there for viewing purposes these days… Guarantee that if Brad and Jennifer wanted to get it on,it wouldn’t be OK with her. This signals that she is sexually bored with him. Also, remember she is bisexual, so this might be her way yo have more fun.LMAO When you hear Celebs say this sort of stuff, makes you wonder who they are going to say they have just slept with…ROTFLMAO

  • skeletout2

Funny that most of the movies that are getting all that Oscar buzz are not doing well..

IB kicked major As*s… Not many people wanted to see a musical. The numbers for Nine may go up in the next few weeks. But the truth of the matter is regarding NINE non of the cast are big BO draws. so they have fans that claim to love them, but they don’t go to see their movies.

But lets see what happens next weekend.. Up in the Air seemed like a bore.. and I for one could not get into the plot at all.. Sherlock did well because it looked fun.

OH and regarding the email.. Every fan on this site should send one. Support the Jolie-Pitts. I agree it will not change the minds of the haters, but who really cares about them..

I stand for Angie and Brad.. you all should too.

  • dawne

    @Ange says stupid sh!t:

If it was quoted that Angie said Santa Claus was real, would you take that to the bank, too? If you don’t like the woman, fair enough, but to pretend you believe some salacious rag in Germany, you are grasping, just like your idol.

Brad could have stayed and done his wife daily and chose to get outa Dodge so why in hell would he want to leave six kids and the love of his life to go back five years and do her after she has been done by so many in the interim?

And as another poster so sagely stated, how likely is it that Angie would give an interview to a German RAG at Xmas. time about being in a sexually open relationship. Do you still believe in the tooth fairy as well? You haters will go to any means to sully this obviously loving and commited couple. What’s it to you, anyway??? Truly.

If you wish to believe this tabloid garbage, do so, but don’t bore the shite out of us here. Now scoot over to FF and join the rest of the internet blog underbelly.

Angelina Jolie’s: Notes from My Travels

    December 27th, 2009
Best Angelina Jolie’s: Notes from My Travels Review

Raw, sincere, honest, deep from her heart, this book reveals that Angelina is truly a unique human being amidst the superficial world of Hollywood. This book was written to raise awareness of the plight of refugees in conflict-torn countries – it is not Angelina’s propaganda to enhance her career. In fact, it exposes her vulnerable side beneath her strong facade. It’s simply a journal of her heartfelt experiences while on her UNHCR – sometimes dangerous – missions.

*** This book reminds us -fortunate ones, that we should count our blessings and share those with people who are not as fortunate as us. In her travels, Angelina also marvels at & highlights how the human spirit perseveres in times of difficulties and distress. A shallow & insensitive celebrity would have missed this human characteristic.***

My admiration for Angelina has gone beyond her talents as an actress; she is truly inspirational in her real but ‘quiet’ humanitarian endeavors. There’s nothing Hollywood about that. Isn’t it strange that no paparazzi cover her UNHCR missions?

I bought 2 copies of this book – one for my elder sister who simply adores Angelina & one for my teen-age daughter, also an Angelina Jolie admirer & whose heart is also into (school) charity programs. I am hoping that Angelina’s story will strengthen my daughter’s passion in helping people in need – especially poor & sick children.

I hope Angelina writes another book on her recent UNHCR missions.

In hindsight : because of its message, make this a 5 star! :)

INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS could very well indeed be Quentin Tarantino’s Masterpiece. Every time that I watch this, the film grows. I love watching every character in this film. It isn’t just the brilliance of Christoph Waltz’s Best Supporting Actor winning performance as Hans Landa. There’s a giddiness I get watching Sylvester Groth’s Goebbels or Til Schweiger’s quiet menace as Sgt. Hugo Stiglitz or the crazy Bostonian Eli Roth’s performance as Sgt. Donny Donowitz or Diane Kruger’s Bridget Von Hammersmark. Or Daniel Bruhl’s Zoller trying to catch the eye of Melanie Laurent’s Shosanna – or her and Jacky Ido’s Marcel’s death pact to take out the Nazi High Command… or Michael Fassbender’s amazing Lt Archie Hicox. OH – then there’s every word coming out of Brad Pitt’s Lt. Aldo Raine. This is a masterful film.

I see Ellie, the paid Bible thumper, has been working all weekend. Whiny troll still trying to drum up discussion on a fake interview. Just because some sheep blogs posted the interview for year end hits, don’t make it true. It is certainly laughable. BP and AJ are an inspiring couple thinking of the less fortunate this Holiday season and enjoying Christmas with their friends, relatives and six adorable children. The paid whiny troll has been whining for days over nonsense. Life is too short to whine over an over paid narcissistic ex sitcom star. It is time to leave 2005 behind and move into 2010. It is a shame that an ex sitcom star cannot stand on her own but must whine into eternity over a Hollywood divorce. When you have no interest or talent of your own then you feel the need to ride the coatail of others. It is a sad way to live. Happy holidays to all the fans and the whiny troll.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are truly giving back this holiday season.

The couple donated $100,000 to support the American SOS Children’s Villages for Christmas. The organization is dedicated to the long-term care of orphaned and abandoned children.

The megastars adopted three of their six children. Maddox, 8, Zahara, 4, and Pax, 6, all spent time in orphanages overseas.

See photos of Brad and Angie’s dates

In a statement, Jolie said, “We have seen first-hand the remarkable job SOS does to raise orphaned and abandoned children and keep families together. No one ‘ages out’ of an SOS Village: vocational training, advanced education, living assistance and moral support are there forever.”

See Brad, Angelina and the kids dressed up for Halloween

Pitt added, “In this holiday season, many of us take for granted that we are surrounded by loving family members. The poor outcomes for foster children indicate that we must do a much better job of supporting them.”

Kenyan girls given a chance to dream

By Martin Fletcher, NBC News Correspondent

KAKUMA, Kenya – I’ve been back from my latest trip to Africa for several weeks, but there are two girls I can’t get out of my mind: a mature 14-year-old called Nyanuel Noang from Sudan, and an impossibly sweet little 11-year-old named Michu Danabo from Ethiopia.

We met them at the unlikeliest place. While driving through an arid plain in northern Kenya we saw in the distance, in the middle of nowhere, a cluster of low buildings surrounded by razor wire. Was it a prison? An army camp? A food depot?

**It turned out to be at school run by the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees called the “Angelina Jolie Boarding School for Girls.” The actress, a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador, donated money to help construct the school. But while the money came all the way from Hollywood, the girls came from the Kakuma refugee camp a couple of miles away. **

VIDEO: Girls get a chance to learn at Kenyan school

At the Kakuma camp, about 50,000 forlorn people from Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi and Rwanda are fed by aid agencies that work with the UNHCR. They live in shacks made of local materials like branches, mud, leaves and wood. Water is often available – but not always. Some Somalis have been there since 1991. There are schools, clinics and food depots. The camp offers security, support and comfort. What it cannot give is any hope for the future.

But for the past three years, the brightest of the refugee girls from Kakuma, as well as a few from the local tribes, have been permitted to dream.

    A chance to learn
They live in one line of buildings and study in another. The buildings are divided by a dusty, dry field with a few sad-looking, recently planted trees. Here the girls chase each other, sing, dance and act like young girls anywhere, glancing shyly at our handsome producer, Paul Goldman.

The 240 girls are aged 10 to 16 and study math, English, Kiswahili, social studies, science and religious education. They are enthusiastic in their classes, smile, laugh and the teachers are keen to help them.

But there’s one problem. Their education ends at age 16. What then? There’s no senior school, so these talented, educated young women will likely have to return to their shacks in the camp and resume their traditional roles in life. And that often means making their brothers’ beds, helping their mothers cook, marrying as soon as possible, fetching wood and water, and beginning to raise their own families.

Nyanuel appealed for help. She wants to keep studying. If she was not in Angelina Jolie’s school, she said, “They would make me marry. I want to be in school.” I asked her what she wants to be in the future: “A surgeon.”

I asked little Michu the same question: “A mathematics professor. I want to write books.”

I keep thinking about them, of how happy they are with their lives as schoolchildren, and what a rude shock life will be when they graduate with their diplomas and their dreams.

    More basic needs
Back at the Kakuma refugee camp a 17-year-old refugee girl, Nwele Sala, from Somalia, had a problem of her own.

She was waiting in line to get access to a water pump that was working and she said, “I am begging for water,” she said.

“When did you last drink?” I asked.

    “Two days ago,” she replied.

“How many people are in your home?” I asked. “Ten,” she said. “The children need water.”

She was clearly next in line to reach the water pump, but it made me wonder to myself, if there was money to give, where should it go? To provide water and food for the hungry and desperate? Or to build a senior school for the students, who are hungry and desperate for knowledge and a future? If there was enough money, both goals could be financed. But apparently there isn’t.

For Nyanuel, Michu and Nwele are as drops in the ocean, or maybe more apt in this drought-stricken region, grains of sand in the desert. There are many millions like them: children desperate to feed the body, and the soul.

As we left, all I could say to the girls was: “Good luck.”

For more information about the refugee camp and the school, visit the UNHCR web site.

Such a dumb freak.. go back to FF.. oh wait I guess even the nuts don’t like talking to each other for an extended amount of time.. because you all run here like rats leaving a sinking ship..

It is really amazing why you all get so upset about Angelina.. I mean it is one thing to not like an actor or such, but for you to spend so much time trashing her and getting such juvenile glee is a bit insane.. Her fans like her. just like other celebs have fans that support them. and if Angie/Brad are manipulating their fans why do you all care. According to you YOU KNOW the truth.. why is that not enough. YOU will never change the minds of the fans, and we won’t change your mind.. fair.

But why does it matter so much to you all that she and Brad have fans that support them. That is what fans do. they support the celebs they like. But I can’t understand why it matters so much to you all.. If she and Brad have an open relationship (they don’t) why does it matter to you, If they fight all the time (they don’t) why does it matter to you, If Angie and Brad are phonies (they are not) why does it matter to you. Why do you care so much about what they do and how they affect their fans.. WHY does that matter to you at all..

Makes not sense that you people who calm to hate her with such a passion spend so much time on everything and anything Jolie.. I think if people look the haters are the ones that are loons.. We are fans. but you freaks are beyond crazy.. Really get some help..

  • lisa

Please do so.. I am sure these high priced lawyers and representatives would not be amused by your rants.. and may take more drastic measures then just releasing a statement. They after all are a business. So please you and the other freaks send away.. What better example for them then to actually see how crazy you fools are. I hope they will use you all as an example of what legal action can be taken and sue you fools within an inch of your pathetic lives..

Ohhhhhhhh…. please send the emails asap..

For those with nothing better to do than live in the past … dwell on this!!

    1. JA has moved on to “several” relationships since thier 5 yr. divorce

    2. BP was upfront and honest w/JA about his feelings for AJ.

    3. ALL concerned agree nothing happened prior to filing for divorce given their past relations (BP & Gwenth, AJ’s parents & JA parents).

    4. With all the divorce in Hollywood, thier peers ignore the lies printed (& posted) by tabloids and haters — and focus on the truth/person.

  • groundcontrol

Dawne, Jon Voight did not have an affair with Jane Fonda. It was with some minor starlet.
The Das Nueu fake interview doesn’t really contain anything defamatory. I have no idea if they made it up completely or took some separate quotes by Angie and mixed them up to create the illusion that she is suggesting they have an open relationship. Even the quotes themselves say nothing of the sort.
I remember Angie talking about how she and Brad allow each other to explore their separate interests such as her writing and his architecture which has nothing to do with sex. I also understand people who believe that a relationship is more than just sex. I can also talk about relationships in general and understand that some may be open which doesn’t mean that my relationships are open. Further, opining that a relationship can still live beyond a partner straying is not exactly revolutionary. Many relationships undergo unfaithfulness and come out the other end intact and thriving.
So I cannot imagine Angie taking the bait and responding to this trashy publication’s lame attempt to garner attention by faking an interview with the most famous actress of today. Everyone wants in on Angie. Some trash pretend they have sources and access which they clearly do not have and write books full of fabrications while other trash just do drive-bys with a few fake sentences twisted to imply something titillating. In the end Angie always wins.
Again Kudos to Angie and Brad for their generous and wise holiday donation. I am sure that the announcement by SOS Childrens’ Villages will see an upswing in financial support.
    Peace to all.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie felt the spirit of giving this holiday season.

The famously generous couple donated $100,000 to the American SOS Children’s Villages, an alternative foster care organization with locations in the U.S. in Illinois and Florida.

“We have seen firsthand the remarkable job SOS does to raised orphaned and abandoned children and keep families together,” Jolie, 34, said in a statement. “No one “ages out” of an SOS Village. Vocational training, advanced education, living assistance and more support are there forever.”

Heather Paul, CEO of SOS Children’s Villages USA, thanked the Jolie-Pitts for their generosity and said they were longtime supporters of the organization. “We are deeply grateful that this year they have included in their generosity our villages in Illinois and Florida and our 300 children who call SOS ‘home,’ ” she said in a statement. “In this holiday season, many of us take for granted that we are surrounded by loving family members. The poor outcomes for foster children indicate that we must do a much better job of supporting them.”

SOS Children’s Villages is the largest nonprofit organization in the world solely dedicated to orphaned and abandoned children. There are 500 villages in 132 countries. – Mary Green

@bdj: Thanks for posting this information. This is one of the reason why I became a fan of this amazing, wonderful, loving person–Angelina Jolie. She is always thinking on how to help those who are unfortunate. Thank you Lord for giving us Angie and Brad.

    Brad Pitt’s Green Building Boom

    Video at site

This movie requires Adobe Flash for playback.

Considered one of the most famous neighborhoods in America, New Orleans’ Lower Ninth Ward is presently undergoing a transformation from the poster child of post-Katrina devastation into the epitome of green, sustainable living. I met with key players on the ground to discuss how this is taking shape and how the environment is playing an active roll in the psyche of the Lower Ninth Ward’s returning populace.

Interviewed in this piece: Tom Darden, Executive Director, Make It Right NOLA; Robert Green Sr., Resident, Lower Ninth Ward; Darryl Malek-Wiley, Regional Representative and Environmental Justice Organizer, Sierra Club; James Perry, President, Louisiana Housing Alliance and Mayoral Candidate for the City of New Orleans; Dr. Douglas J. Meffert, Center for Bioenvironmental Research at Tulane University; Professor Mark S. Davis, Senior Research Fellow and Director of the Institute on Water Resources, Law and Policy, Tulane University

BP and AJ are living so far beyond the tabloids and their petty whines and lies. It is funny to read how the trolls are still crying over a 5 year Hollywood divorce when there have been an attempted terror attack, Charlie Sheen doing the Chris Brown,BM, a young starlet dying too soon and other trainwrecks. BP and AJ certainly own the troll’s whiny ass. When you can continuously post on BP and AJ and something that happened 5 years ago, then you know you are living in a rut.

Is IB in competition with the Hangover now. Geez these desperate trolls. when the Hangover get as many Critical acclaim as IB and nominations, then come back and talk troll. IB is ranked #2 in sales and rental. It is doing alright. The Hangover is a disposable comedy with laughs. Go rent “All about Steve” and wait on Brad the II next hit.

It all comes down to being the best

Picking the best dvds of 2009

Picking the best DVDs of 2009 is even more convoluted and yet exhilarating than picking the best movies. With DVDs — and now Blu-rays — you have classics coming back as well as new releases.

Computer technology not only gave the Warner Bros. restoration team the opportunity to correct seven decades of deterioration, it gave them a chance to do what was mechanically impossible in 1939 — perfectly align the original three-strip Technicolor prints. The Wizard of Oz, and other restored Technicolor films such as Gone With the Wind, are now sharper, with better colour balance, than ever. Hallelujah!

Other selections also involve restoration. The Disney team is working its own miracles, in this case with Walt Disney’s first classic, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Animation loves Blu-ray.

    Top 10 DVDS

1 The Wizard of Oz: 70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector’s Edition (DVD & Blu-ray)

2 Inglourious Basterds: Special Edition (DVD & Blu-ray)

Whomever is dissing on the IB DVD, it was sold out in two stores before I could get it- I would not say that is a tank! Tanks are more your person’s territory.

Some trolls are doing their stretching exercises again today, I see. Make sure that you breath correctly while doing them. And 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and breath.

    Top Ten

    1. Inglourious Basterds: Quentin Tarantino immolated everything we thought we knew about war films – and while he was at it, history in general. This entertaining fantasy about Jews getting revenge on Nazis utilized Tarantino’s trademark facility with language and bone-deep love of movies more audaciously and critically than ever. Brad Pitt was a scream and Christoph Waltz is certainly the acting find of the year.
