Conan O'Brien: You Never Know What's Going to Happen

Conan O’Brien spends time with his family as they walk together in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 10).

The 46-year-old comedian stepped out with wife Elizabeth Ann Powell, daughter Neve and son Beckett and spoke to photogs about the possibility of moving back to a later time slot on NBC. “You never know,” Conan said. “You never know what’s going to happen.”

Jerry Seinfeld weighed in on the situation at the NBC winter press tour; “Once they give you the cameras, it’s on you,” he said (via ABC).

“I can’t blame NBC for having to move things around,” Jerry added. I hope Conan stays, I think he’s terrific. But there’s no rules in show business, there’s no refs.”

it does not matter if they move Jay back to 11pm slot, I think overall the public just got tired watching him. NBC should just let Jay go and revamp the whole show by kicking out Jimmy as well, he is hopeless. NBC should get real talent talkshow/comedian like Craig Fergurson, this will help boast the network.

    NBC sucks.
They way they’ve treated Conan is horrible. He is much more funnier than Leno. Leno needs to go. Jimmy Fallon is awesome.

I hope Conan leaves NBC and gets on FOX and gets double the pay as NBC will have to buy his contract out for the next few years as well. Love CoCo!!

I like Jimmy Fallon also. Conan is being treated horribly and he should turn down NBC request and leave.

Conan’s torso to leg ratio is insane, combined with his proportionately short arms. Weird combo. Conan should go to a cable network if he really wants to let loose, although he would have to take a pay cut.

I like all 3 of them. NBC mess up the scheduling because they want to save some $$$$$$$. I hope some executives got fired for this.

In the end it’s all about the f****ing money. The studio doesn’t care if you had a family to take care off they always shafted people because of this half moon faced antiquated hackneyed. He maybe a good entertainer but his antics are not funny anymore if it affects the lives of others. it’s not worthy to stay up all night and lose some much needed sleep to contribute to his success that in the end hurt others. I would rather laugh in the daytime with Ellen de Generes and not feel guilty about it.

I love Conan. He skewered NBC and Leno in has last two monologues. Good for him. It must be of some comfort for him to know that, yes, NBC can f*ck him over, but it will cost them. No matter what Conan decides to do, even if he leaves, he’ll get millions from NBC.

Good luck to Conan, NBC and Jay Leno screwed him over as he never had the time Leno has for ratings plus Leno lost fans in the 10pm slot so the news stations lost revenue/viewers. That was the problem. Rumor has it that NBC would have to give Conan a huge pay out, I could deal with that. Let NBC and Leno sink. They done their damage.

Letterman/Ferguson is the name of the game now anyway.

I only watch one show on TV and its Conan- on the tonight show or on his last show. Jay is old and his comedy is “jay”ded. Connan, I will miss you so much. I wont watch Leno no matter what. Duche bag – Jay is what I’m going to say.

Love you Conan. I will miss you, until your new show, and then I will smile again.
