OlderSandra Bullock: The Razzies Are A Great Honor
Sandra Bullock is now a proud Oscar…and Razzie nominee!
“Oh my God, how fantastic is that?” the 45-year-old actress said to EW about her Razzie nod. “I’m showing up if I win. Hell yes! I do everything 100 percent.”
“With All About Steve, we were trying to do something different,” Sandra explained. “And if it gets some kind of award, that means people are talking about it. I’m more comfortable with criticism than I am with goodwill, because I’m more familiar with it, and I’ve made friends with it. And the Razzies are a great honor.”

She has great attitude! This movie was pretty bad. lol…. Btw, I wonder if there has ever been someone who was nomintated for an Oscar and a Razzie the same year? Maybe she will make history if she is the first? LOL……
The movie was bad but Sandra was soooo funny in it. I adore her!

Oh please..she’s only saying that because she is an Oscar Nominee. If the Razzie was the only thinkg she was nominated for, we won’t hear from her. Halle Berry did the same thing when she picked up a Razzie for Catwoman..she showed up cause she had won an Oscar for Monster’s Ball. It’s easy to show up when you have an Oscar or contending for one.

BTW why do Meryl Streep keep getting nominated? She’s a great actress with 2 Oscars already, what more could she need?
She definitely deserved both…the Razzie & Oscar nom but I believe her, she’s fun so she probably enjoys this stuff. All About Steve was awful so I hope she does go to the Razzies…& win!

I liked The Blind Side but I honestly do not think she deserves an Oscar for that role. Maybe the real character she plays is accurately portrayed but I thought she was kinda stiff, unnatural. She’ll likely win of course because she seems to be getting a lot of hype this year. I have nothing against Sandra Bullock, just think she’s an okay actress.

i hate it how press seems to completely ignore the other (and dare i say more deserving) nominees. why isnt jeff bridges featured on the cover? (hello george clooney) or how about christoph waltz? oh wait thats matt damon. would be nice to see gaby sidibe around more as well. or carey mulligan for that matter. jeremy renner. and all the other nominees
Well i don’t think razzies will stop anyone who get one feeling good since the poeple who get them have a better financial state than most of us for doing movies that makes them rich and unable them to live the very good life, movies elected to razzies by people who don’t have 10 % of the same good life.

So i beleive Sandra or any other actresses. They have ego for sure, but they also must laugh at it considering that they make with one of those movie as much as most people in a lifetime.

They are the one who probably have the last laugh anyway and are the one who probably will laugh at this sweet contradiction about Razzies.

I for one would gladly be elected any year if i made that amount of cash and i will go there with no amount of hard feelings whatsoever !

The Razzies lost some cred this year as the choices were clearly made to sound controversial and draw attention from fanboys, gossip blogs etc.
Transformers and GI Joe are NOT two of last year’s worst movies. Likewise.
Neither Megan Fox nor S.Bullock gave two of the worst performances. Robert Pattinson: weak, but there were much better (worse) choices.
So the Razzies are just trying to create some buzz by exploiting the popularity of certain celebrities and blockbusters.
What? a Razzi??? How come Sandra got a damn Razzi nod????? EH EH that ain’t right! She’s a great actor!

Love the Oscar, it is always a great event, that I really like.
