Brittany Murphy's Cause of Death Revealed

Brittany Murphy died from pneumonia and “iron deficiency anemia” as well as multiple drug intoxication, the Los Angeles County Coroner reported.

The 32-year-old Clueless star’s death was ruled accidental, and TMZ reports that the drugs found in her system were for cramps and over-the-counter medicine, including cough syrup.

Underlying problems of pneumonia and iron deficiency were to blame in what’s believed to have been a preventable death.
