Daniel Craig and his girlfriend, film producer Satsuki Mitchell, leave the film set of his new film, Dream House, on Sunday (February 7) in Toronto, Canada.
The 41-year-old actor will star opposite Naomi Watts in the forthcoming film.
Dream House, which tells the story of a family that moves into a new house, only to learn that the last residents of the home were victims of a horrific crime, is expected to hit the big screen in 2011!

I’m sure she doesn’t just spend her day’s waiting in Daniel’s trailer for him, ready to see to any of his needs Because to me that would be a very, very sad existence for any woman to live no matter what the perks where.

LOL, the pictures JJ have were on several different forums before they posted them.
If you look at the last Daniel thread, Cowboys and Aliens, you will notice that a poster posted something telling you there were pictures on celebrity buzz..net I believe.
Then about 10 minutes later, JJ posted theirs.
Their pictures are bought from the same agency therefore, stealing is not the operative word as the pictures are the same on several agencies. Indeed JJ “stole” their pictures in a way.

I love Bond too so most of us here don’t understand how 007 can be with such an ugly woman. If he were with someone pretty, no one would complain. Also, if she were just unattractive but a nice person, his fans would have been more gracious to her. However, by all accounts, we know she is bitchy and very insecure about her relationship with him – she constantly worries he might become interested in someone else, eventually, ending their relationship. After all, he has a long history of long-term relationships that never ended in marriage. I think it’s somewhere between 5-7 years for him. Most men have a pattern they follow. For instance, Tom Cruise was 7-10 years. He ended both his previous marriages somewhere between the 7-10 years period. Therefore, she must know that if he has not married her yet, chances are he won’t and the whole thing will fissile out when it gets to that cut-off point (5-7 years for Daniel). Since she’s been with him 5 years already, she knows the deadline is nearing ever so close. Hence, she is subconsciously resentful.

12:50pm: Sats arrived on set and was greeted by a crew member as she walked her into the building where they were filming.
1:20pm: Daniel and Sats leave the building (the pics that the paps took) and left for their lunch break.
I sat and waited for 2 hrs and they didn’t arrive back on set. So I was curious as to where they were. And so someone called me and said that on Twitter that Daniel was filming @ the Rogers Centre which was 5 mins from the other shoot so I franctically ran to my car and drove there…. it was soo stupid…the person who said that he was there….it was only the “Dream House” base…SOO i drive back over to the original filming location and I see that his car was there again..
So around 4pmish: Daniel and Sats arrive back on set.

Anyway, many men don’t want to be the ones to leave, they wait for the woman to do it, which they know she will eventually because they don’t or can’t commit matrimonially. So maybe he is just waiting for her to get fed up.
Additionally, we can see the state of their relationship by her personality and attitude shining through from their many pictures together over the last 3 years, at least since Daniel became a big star. She never smiles, looks usually upset or unhappy, and treats everyone around Daniel (star, pep, or fan) with suspicion and disdain. Of course, maybe he has married her, hence the rings. But, then again, why all the media outlets continue to refer to her as just the girlfriend (not even fiancé) – that’s really baffling. If they are still unmarried, then she’s stupider than I thought for staying with him almost 6 years without the security of marriage. After all, he is the one who has the great career, the money, the fame, not her. He can leave her at any time, in which case he’ll be an even bigger star and she’ll have nothing. She didn’t continue to cultivate her career or make connections for herself in Hollywood over the last 5-6 years, other than being at his beck and call at all times, so I doubt she can ever go back to producing movies or being taken seriously – if that’s really what she used to do and not just spin. She know that if he leaves her, she’ll have to give up this exciting life she has with him and walk into obscurity forever, unless she hooks up with another celebrity, but I doubt she is in such high demand by suitors.
I never understand women who stay with men that long. If a guy doesn’t propose after 2 years, there is a high probability he never will, let alone after 5 years. A guy like that becomes comfortable with the status quo; he gets everything he needs from a woman without making the commitment to become her husband. If they’re not married still, I guarantee, Sats has no self-respect and very low self-esteem. She is probably afraid that if she gives him an ultimatum, he’ll leave her. She hopes that if she accepts the situation for now, he’ll marry her one day. After all, she’s already invested a lot in this relationship (5-6 years of her life, and sacrificed her job, career, reputation, and friends for this man) so it’s not easy for her to walk away. In a way, I feel for her, despite the fact that she got herself into this situation by not setting boundaries for him, herself, and their relationship.
This year will be the deciding one – either they’ll get married or split up. No matter how much it looks like he loves her (and he really looks like he can’t bear to be separated from her), something has to give. Who agrees with me?

But, then she grew on him because of one reason, namely, she simply put her life on hold for him, as if making him her career. During the Sienna affair, they had a long distance relationship so to ensure he doesn’t stray with another woman, he offered her to move in with him, which she obviously accepted. Her life started revolving around him and he liked that. He liked having someone there to accompany him to far-off lands while shooting or while facing the media, etc. Having a woman there keeps him out of trouble. I guarantee that if he was not focused on playing Bond he wouldn’t have pulled it off as well as he did. He is so convincing as Bond that we’re all enamored with him for that reason. Had he concentrated more on booze and women instead of training for Bond, his performance would have been mediocre at best. Therefore, I believe he needs her to be there for him to keep him out of trouble and focused on his work. I don’t think it’s love, I think it’s need. Had he been in love with her he would have wanted their relationship to attain a higher level through matrimony. Trouble is that most of the time guys end up not respecting the women who put everything on hold for them. They really should but they don’t – that’s nature. Relationships between men and women are a constant struggle, like everything else in life, and we each have to learn how to navigate the troubled waters in order to achieve happiness with the opposite sex. For now, their relationship works because he is getting what he needs from it, but eventually it will run out of gas, like all his other relationships. Of course, if they are already married, it’s a slightly different ball game. But I have trouble believing they tied the knot already. But then again, who really knows?

I think Daniel and Satsuki are well suited for each other. They both seem to be needy, clingly and codependent which is why their relationship works. If only one person in the relationship was like this then it would cause alot of problems. But as you can see these two are still very together. Of course, she is happy right now. She knows in the next year to 18 months he is not going anywhere. He’ll be too busy working on 3 or 4 projects and not have time to socialize as much, in which case she doesn’t have to watch him constantly in case he strays from her. I still highly doubt that they are married legally.
Every relationship has its ups and downs. For this one, when he is filming and working hard on projects is considered the ups. But when he’s in between projects, traveling, or promoting his projects in interviews, opening nights, red carpets, and other social gatherings, it’s the downs because she gets extremely apprehensive about his status in the world and her status to him (not being his wife, despite everyone’s expectation that she ends up his wife). When he is promoting his projects on those social events, he is usually surrounded by beautiful or successful people, people who might want to socialize with him or develop other projects. She gets very self-conscious and that’s why we hear the reports about her being bitchy, unfriendly, or quarrelsome with his fans, the paps, certain actresses, etc. So now, while he is filming, it’s an up period for her and that’s why she is all smiles. But it won’t last long. Soon you’ll see her misery-filled face again. Her life is a vicious cycle, a constant fluctuation between happiness and pain – I feel bad for her.

The pictures taken of him last week when he was “off set” but getting his hair colored he was NOT wearing the ring. So I would think THOSE pictures would be a more accurate reflection of his status.

These photos with Daniel dressed up, striped suit and ring, all are for his character in Dream House and these specific pics are taken while he is going into and out of the make up/wardrobe film trailers -Although he is not in front of the cameras rolling, he is still on the ‘set’ while he is wearing the ring as his character.
Even if he went to lunch and came back, he still is in full dress as his Dream House character. He plays a NYC publishing executive and so he is dressed as such. WIth the ring.
These photos that JJ bought above, they were already pre-arranged pap/press photos. The photographer(s) were told ahead of time where daniel and the girlf would be. So the photographer(s) obviously staked out the area and waited for the sighting. Daniel and the girlf knew they were there. She looks right at them .

I believe pr firms use this info as to better craft a person image. first off, there is no proof of a marraige taken place. in most places, marriage certificates/liscences are public record. which means, that any magazine, entertainment show out there can access the information. everyone names satsuki as girlfriend not wife. this is james bond, after all. if they had gotten married you have to figure that someone would have published the information.
as for wearing the ring? what’s so difficult to understand. these two people have been together for over 5 years. wearing a wedding band does not always mean marriage. susan sarandon and tim robbins both wore wedding bands to tell the world of their committment to each other; even though they did not marry. daniel and satsuki may have chosen to do the same thing.

Come to think of it, I did come across some pictures on the internet of Sats in a bikini at St Brat from 2008 on another site, where the comments were not very complimentary, especially from the guys. Most of the guys commented that her body is not their ‘cup of tea’. So there you have it. Most people don’t think she is gorgeous, beautiful, or even talented. The media builds her up and tries to be complimentary to her by describing her as a ‘beautiful American film producer’. Daniel could do it all. He is one hell of an actor and if he weren’t, he would be a great stuntman. He is also one of the boys and is always laughing and joking with the crew or sharing a meal or drink with everyone; a very likeable guy on set and easy to work with. Obviously there are limits to what an actor can safely do as if he is hurt the film stops.
I have no personal opinion on Daniel’s domestic situation. But I am astonished that you guys haven’t set up a private forum for the discussion …
