OlderSam Worthington To Star in 'Texas Killing Fields'
Avatar‘s Sam Worthington is set to star in Texas Killing Fields, a murder mystery based on real events.
The film tells the story of police officers on the hunt for unknown killers who take the lives of as many as 60 people over the course of 20 years, according to Variety.
Sam will portray a homicide detective working with a New Yorker-turned-Texan to find the killers.
If you can’t wait to see Sam on the big screen, you’re in luck – he’s starring in Clash of the Titans, which hits theaters this April!

Why does everyone forget he was in Terminator Salvation opposite Christian Bale? and don’t say because the movie was forgettable!
It was really good, better than all the other crap out there.

People “forget” about Sam because he’s not much of an actor and very forgettable. Maybe this new film project will allow him to show us what he’s got… as an actor, not a superhero robot.

Let’s hope he can pull off a believable Texan accent in this film – unlike his horrible attempt at an american accent in Avatar.
I don’t like his voice, I almost don’t like avatar because of it. So his movies need to have great critics to make me watch them.
His accent was fine in Avatar, the film made 2 billion dollars overseas alone…..Do you think all those people from different countries around the world that saw Avatar cared if his accent wasn’t 100 percent perfect American???
I’ve yet to hear one American actor being able pull off any other accents yet you don’t hear people from those countries jump and down and
complain about Americans getting the accent wrong.
There is something that is just Hot about him. I just love him so much .

Sam’s an incredible actor and seems like such an honest and what-you-see-is-what-you-get person! He has definitely won me over! I’m glad there are still fresh faces who actually do their job properly, and are not just craving the attention!
