Shia LaBeouf heads to the gym in Los Angeles on Wednesday (February 10) wearing his favorite Dune t-shirt. (Two years later and he’s still wearing the same shirt!)
The 23-year-old actor is back on the road after his license was suspended – Shia was involved in a car accident and refused to take a Breathalyzer test when officials believed he was inebriated at the time of the crash.
Shia‘s accident was back in July of 2008 and the mandatory license suspension lasted a year.

Sorry no pics for a whle. Shia is trying to stay out of the papz face right now so tht his true love/ fiance can get all the attention. I am guessing that they are keeping the total engagement thing a huge secret. Also shia is running a marathon and has quit smoking you can tell with the way he has chunked up from before. I ead a post that Shia told that her hair is what turns him on the most that any girl with hair any longer than careys is just awful looking.
