OlderAbbie Cornish's Hair Goes Short!
Newly single Abbie Cornish shows off her newly cropped do at the Kimberly Brooks “The Stylist Project” exhibition held at LeadApron on Monday (March 1) in Los Angeles.
The event, which was hosted by Vanity Fair and Dior, featured paintings of top L.A. stylists and designers from Brooks. Portrait subjects include stylists Rachel Zoe, Jeanne Yang, Andrea Lieberman, Arianne Phillips and Jessica Paster among others. The exhibition runs through April 3 and can be previewed at Taylor De Cordoba.
Other celebs in attendance included Oscar-winning actress Marisa Tomei, Ginnifer Goodwin and Mad Men actress Christina Hendricks (with husband Geoffrey Arend).
We’re sure Abbie cut off her locks in celebration of her split with Ryan Phillippe. Now to find a new man!

Hey, Kate #1. Need I remind you that when Abbie first moved to LA, she was NOT looking her best, to say the least. And it wasn’t just the dark hair and the plumper figure from Bright Star. Yet Ryan proudly showed her off regardless. He wasn’t holding her back. She’s just become more sophisticated in her choices…she’s always been beautiful.
The hair and dress do nothing for her. Normally she looks beautiful but here not so much.

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan were faking a marriage for a year or longer and phony Reese was using her “family” for her Oscar publicity.
Reese and Ryan were over long before Ryan finally left Reese for Abbie.

With a face like hers, she could wear her hair any way. I think it really shows off her facial features and think she looks great.
Of course people celebrate breakups….if you have a good dose of self esteem, it is possible to celebrate and move on with your life. Not all women turn into victims when a breakup occurs, or are you still reading your “Five Years After Brad” rules???
