Mischa Barton gets measured while doing some shopping in Milan, Italy on Thursday (March 4).
Last night, the 23-year-old actress made an appearance on Italian talk show Chiambretti Night where they looked back at her O.C. acting days.

Jared she is not 23. She turned 24 in Jan.
It’s so sad to see what happened to her. She had such an extremely fresh, glowing and genuinely beautiful face all those years ago when she was The Next Big Thing and when her career could have gone somewhere other than downhill. It’s not that she’s put on some weight – she just looks so dirty and old and has lost that bright spark she used to have in her face. So sad.
