Kate always insisted that the reason she did Jon and Kate Plus eight was so she could work and be home to take care of her kids at the same time. Um….what is her excuse for Dancing With The Stars? I can’t watch this season – especially if this piece of trash Kate is the biggest draw!! It makes me thankful that ABC and Cablevision are feuding!
Won’t be watching for MANY reasons but Kate & Pam are the main ones. Already been stated that the skater or the pussycat doll would be the winner. Not exciting or interesting to watch anymore.

Jon took care of the kids and kate YELLED the orders–still he didn’t do it right….to get away from the verbal abuse and hitting must have been a GREAT DAY!!!!! She still doesn’t take care of the kids…NANNIES!!! She’s trying to be a star and the NANNIES raise the kids,play with them like Jon did. On mothers day Jon made breakfast in bed for her–what happened on fathers day? Hmmmmmm? She did nothing for anyone. She always would say “oh,they love us”…..who do you love kate…..anyone? Someone,something……?

Kate said she would be practicing at her home, so she will be able to watch her kids…..and Evan has to wear his medal ’cause we wouldn’t know who he was otherwise…..and Johnny Weir is unable to dance because the pair wouldn’t know who should lead.
What is with so much focus on Kate Gosselin on JJ? It is like she is the new Suri Cruise on here and even less relevant. How does she have time to do this and spend time with her kids? Everything that comes out of Kate’s mouth is a lie and it seems that it is starting to dawn on more and more people that she is a hypocrite who puts herself before everyone else including the 8 little meal tickets who got her into the public eye in the first place. Of course there are still a few die hard Kate fans who like to claim jealousy whenever a post dares to question her motives. I am sure that those “8 little faces” will have their 8 little asses planted in the front row for as long as she is on the show. Got to keep up the exploiting for as long as possible because the kids are growing up and the public is losing interest. That means that Kate, who has no other talents other than for exploiting her kids will soon be facing the end of her 15 minutes. On the other hand, Kate is still young and has time to orchestrate another pregnancy of multiples so maybe there is hope for her yet.

At least others on the show had past accomplishments worth noting, Kate has done nothing whatsoever to deserve notoriety. Actually, I take that back. Her accomplishment is that she has made being a narcissistic, emotionally abusive, absent mother and wife into a lucrative career. Now it won’t last and she will have to find another way to leach celebrity but that and the fact she has been able to fool so many is pretty impressive. Oh and the fact that she has the fakest tan I have ever seen. That is certainly worth some kudos.
Kate doesn’t pay for most things.. You think she paid for that over priced weave? Heck no, she got it FREE OF CHARGE. That’s what I think she likes most about her celebrity, all the free things she and her children get. It’s hard to go back to your VALUES when you’ve been seduced by celebrity the way she has. She can’t claim it’s all for the kids, it’s for her benefit also. She claims to not to have known what celebrity would bring before, now she knows and still embraces it. She should really stop fooling herself; she needs the attention just as much as the money.

I guess everyone who criticizes and hates Kate Gosselin, have kids of their own, well behaved at all times, eat only healthy home made foods, and they must be a breeze to raise.. So I bet raising eight kids, must be no work at all for all of you, huh? Oh, and you must have a husband, whom actually has a clue, helps you around the house, doesn’t look at no one else, is great with the kids, is sensitive, understanding, great to talk to, and gives you foot rubs, and back massages. So I bet you never bit$h at him either, huh?
Jon didn’t have a clue on how to do anything, the only way he would actually move to do something is, if SHE told him to. He didn’t even have the back bone to confront Kate and COMMUNICATE with her, if he felt he was being mistreated so much. Like a mature married man should do when there is conflict. But I guess all of you who are on Jon’s side, would just love for your man to NOT talk to you when you get on his nerves,( that excludes, the perfect women out there, who don’t get on any ones nerves ever) and instead, I am sure you just sit back, not bit$h at all, and would be oh so understanding when he goes out and blows some steam with a couple of mistresses, unlike Kate.

And even harder, when your man is clueless, and not really supportive, and still try to talk to him in a sensitive soft understanding voice.. Its even harder to keep some order and organization, cleanliness, and real food on the table, instead of junk food, when you have kids. And to top that off, try to stay fit, and have some kind of romance with your partner.. It takes COMMUNICATION, and maturity, to make it work, not to mention COMMITMENT. If something is troubling you, you tell him!! If something is troubling him, he tells you!! And then, OH looky there you work things out. None of the things Jon tried,… But all you whom love him so much must be right, Kate should have known what the problem was, and fixed it ,so Jon didn’t go else where, because she is a PSYCHIC, like all of you.. And if you have a problem with her leaving her kids with a nanny to go do what ever she feels best to do, to make money… Then you must always be at home with your kids, and money falls from the sky, I’d imagine, huh?
I find it hard to take in, that intelligent, strong minded women(which I am sure all you are), side with a person who till now has only made stupid and bad decisions instead of the ones that would benefit his children. I am not only defending Kate, but all women out there who struggle to raise their kids in the best way possible, and also try to keep their family together, all for the man, to have his “feelings hurt “and run under someone else’s skirt in the end..

@Ayde: Who on earth is siding with Jon? They are both guilty of exploiting the kids and allowing their marriage to fall apart in front of the American public. I think that you would find very few people who would go to the mat defending Jon Gosselin. Regardless of how Kate treated him, he has publicly behaved in an incredibly immature fashion and you can only use the “she was mean to me defense” for so long. What people seem to have issue with is her priority of putting herself in the limelight. No one begrudges her earning a living. It is how she is choosing to do it and the fact that her actions belie her claims that it is for the kids. Anyone can see that she is extremely intoxicated by the attention and she is only a reality show celebrity. It is not going to last. She is running around with a bodyguard, she does not look better, just unnatural and overdone. Kate is not a ugly woman. Her personality is what has brought on all the criticism. When you say one thing and then behave in the completely opposite way consistently, people notice. Of course no one thinks she should be locked in her house with all the kids 24/7 but she is taking it to the other extreme. These kids have been through so much trauma and would certainly benefit from having her around more. DWTS is a huge commitment in terms of the hours of training it requires and I think that many think that the timing is bad for her to be on the show. I guess she is just desperately trying to stay in the spotlight and is not thinking clearly about the impact that her needing this attention will have on her kids.

Right.. I totally respect every ones opinion. Having said that, on Kate looks, I think just about everyone would agree (who has common sense), that it is a matter of opinion. Yours is she looks over done, mine is she looks damn good, and way better than when she goes out with no make up on, to do her errands.
It also baffles me, how her choice of making a living in the spot light is such a bad thing.. according to others. Why does it baffle me? I’ll tell you, opportunity knocked at her door, because of her unique situation of having sextuplets, after already having had twins! I don’t know if you all know, but daycare is expensive unless you get government help, and even then, its still expensive if you have eight kids. I am talking about AT LEAST 140 dollars per child.. times that by eight, would you be able to go to a regular job, pay daycare for eight and still have money left for your bills, food, and recreation??? If you can, touche to you, but probably not… Another thing, how are her kids being exploited?? they have been having fun doing the show, and being taken care of by their mother, since they were born.. not many moms, have that privilege, cuz they have to go make a living for 8 to 10 hours a day, while their child is in day care. The only trauma I can think of these kids have been through, is seeing their mom and dad mad at each other, not talking, and seeing mom cry, and ultimately, seeing them get a divorce.. And I can’t think, that all that was caused by Kate.
She didn’t ask for the spotlight, she didn’t go out and look for this way of living.. It came to her… let me say that again, It.. came.. to.. her.., She took it.. wouldn’t you? I’m not sure many people wouldn’t if they found themselves in that situation.. (hummm, let me think about it.. I get to stay at home, enjoy my kids.. and make money) Besides, Kate has an education, she is a nurse. Obviously, when she went to college for so many years,( which not many people do), got her license to nurse, ect.. I am pretty sure, fame wasn’t in her mind. Even so, I can’t think of one thing that I have read or seen, that Kate has done to hurt her children in any way. Sure she is “just” a reality star, but still a star, and still famous, whether people like it or not. Guess what, and this may be a surprise for you… singers, actors, movie stars, ect.. they all are making a living in the spotlight, and whom ever has kids.. guess what, they have to leave their kids with nannies too! And their kids get followed by paparazzies too! Another thing, I actually like Kate’s attitude, so far, she has only been honest and upfront. She has even gone as far as,.. not talking about her ex in a bad way, for the sake of her and his children.. I don’t know if I could contain myself from dishing out all the dirty rags on my ex, had I found myself in a similar situation.. Not many people would.
Kate… desperate?.., I think not. She is popular, and NOT many people criticize her, or dislike her,.. its actually a very low percentage. So, I doubt she has to beg for work in the spotlight, specially knowing that she makes them more money than what she is getting paid.. And last but certainly not least.. DWTS is a huge commitment, as any other job would be, and they have to invest allot of hours into it.. But, she made arrangements.. she trains away from home while her kids are in school, and when they are home, she has a dance floor in her basement, they get to watch!! How is she not thinking about her kids again? Sure, she will be gone when they start competing, but that’s life… There are many people who’s jobs include traveling, and spending time away from home.. I am sure, if she chose to work away from the spot light, she might have to be working shift work, or just simply have two jobs to support her kids, and her… I can think of many examples on how not to behave when you are famous, and have kids. But I can’t see how, biting her lip, earning a living in a decent manner, instead of running around with a big head, and showing skin for money, is bad?? Fame came to Kate, and she is doing the best she can with what she got.. and I’d say, from what I have seen, she is using it better than any other famous people who have drama have..

Videos were sent to promote the family as a reality show. Kate, watch the video, said that it would be much easier if he could work from home. To those that say “. . . walk in Kate’s shoes” she didn’t do much walking as her bum was glued to the white plastic chair. Do the world a favor and watch all the videos from first episode to the end of the 4th season. That will give you an idea of the family life.
