I should think so, E-Trade. My son, 24 today, was a blond haired/blue-eyed baby (only cuter than the your E trade one, lol) and his girlfriend’s name is Lindsay. We all had a good chuckle about those babies reminding us of ‘our baby and his Lindsay’. Shall we sue too? lol Except this Lindsay is studying to be a doctor, Lohan. Perhaps Lindsay Lohan should consider furthering her education since she let her acting career slip away.
I hope the E-Trade lawyers have been capturing all the comments people have made all across the net on this subject. Most people know a Lindsay or two and thank goodness, the name hasn’t been sullied by Lohan. These other Lindsays have their stuff together and wouldn’t dream of some low scheming lawsuits. The lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, bringing the suit links back to Michael Lohan, Kate Major, Hailey Glassman, ex-nanny (now Kate G. friend selling stories of the children to tabloids.) I’m left wondering if they weren’t pushed in Jon’s path to leech or plan lawsuits or bring Jon down so TLC gains control to film the Gosselin 8 for further $$, they’ve made millions off those kids. seems the only way these people survive. …suing and leeching.

It’s not Lindsay Lohan’s first name that has the recognition, it’s her nickname, Lilo. Hope the Judge sees sense and kicks the case and Lindsay’s butt outa the court.
