On judging himself: “I appreciate the cosmic beauty of everything that’s happened. But do I spend a lot of time judging myself? Absolutely.”
On relationships: “In the last five years since coming out here, I’ve had two relationships. I’m not a big relationship guy. One of my vices is, I’m too wrapped up in myself and not always in a good way. It’s not like I walk around going, ‘Hey, I’m amazing; I’m Gerry Butler!’ But I am too caught up in my own s—, good and bad.”

Yeah, I think most entertainers are “caught up in” themselves. GB strikes me as one of those. No wonder he can’t have a successful relationship. He will need to grow up and get over himsef if he is to have one. Props to him for seeing it and admitting it.

Hallelujah. JJ must read these threads. The last three have just been absurd. Lord, people can be critical of something or someone without being ignorant.
I read the whole Men’s Journal article over on Gals. It’s very interesting. There’s a photo of B on the beach that is really a keeper.

Yeah, I liked his hair longer too. I never really cared for the Terry Sheridan buzz. But at 40, maybe something in between would work better than the Johnny/Marek locks. He does have great hair though. He probably just goes with what each new role calls for.
Why is Jen always referred to a Cougar when it comes to Gerry? When in reality he is only nine months younger than she is.

I’ve been moving, so didn’t have internet access. I am using a computer in an internet cafe right now :) Although I had a look at the threads from the past few days and I am glad I missed them. That stuff was crazy!!!
I just want to see what he would look like with long hair with the wrinkles he has around his eyes. If he lets it grow grey it would be even better!
@Dawn9476: She looks older than he does. she looks like an aging cougar who is using cosmetic procedures and wearing teen clothing to make herself look/ feel young. I thought he was still in his 30s.

Has anyone been asked so much about their co star in all these interviews? When is the press going to get that most people not even Brad and Angie fans, are just not seeing Jennifer as a big movie star. I can think of at least 50 people her age or older that are 20 times a better actress.

The good news for Butler, How To Train Your Dragon is getting good prelease buzz and it is family friendly so it will do well.
Give him a break. He has to sell two movies this month.
