Justin Bieber dons neon green shoes as he arrives walks the orange carpet at the 2010 Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday (March 27) at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles.

The 16-year-old singer was seen signing autographs and taking pictures with fans. What a sweet guy!!!
