OlderAlex Pettyfer: I Am Number Four!
Alex Pettyfer has landed the lead in I Am Number Four, a forthcoming adaptation of a sci-fi book by James Frey and Jobie Hughes!
The 19-year-old British actor will play the title character in the story of nine aliens “who have escaped their home planet just before it was annihilated by a rival species,” according to THR.
Alex‘s character disguises himself as a normal high-schooler, only to find out that his planet’s enemy is still looking for him!
Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg are producing. This is Alex’s first major studio movie!!
Alex and Vanessa Hudgens will be hitting the big screen this summer in Beastly, a modern day retelling of Beauty and the Beast.

I watched him in Tom Brown Lexy, but I wasn’t a huge fan until Stormbreaker.
I want him to be big, but not big in the way Rob is, I want him to be big because of his acting, he is a great actor. Not just little girls being obsessed with him!
I hope the other movie he is in talks to be in is Mortal Instruments! He is the perfect Jace Wayward!

Mortal Instruments is a compilation of better fiction and fanfiction. The author ripped everything off from her own Harry Potter fanfiction love triangle involving Harry, Hermione and Draco. She’s a fraud who’s been called out and the fact that they’re making it into a movie is a reflection of the crappy direction Hollywood literary adaptations are going. It’s too late to jump on the young adult supernatural train because it’s already dying out.
