OlderJane Lynch Does Madonna's 'Vogue'
Over-the-top cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) pays homage to her idol Madonna in this shot-by-shot re-creation of the groundbreaking music video “Vogue.”
Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Mercedes (Amber Riley) are also featured in the homage to Madonna. Watch the brilliant video below! It’s featured in next week’s episode of Glee, titled “Power of Madonna.” The track is going to be on the album GLEE: The Power of Madonna, which is in stores April 20th. It’s already #4 on iTunes!

this was pretty cool.
She was very flat and had no attitude.
I hope Jane Lynch wins an Emmy next year. Not only can she play a B***** that you actually care about, she can sing and dance and be truthful with the character she plays. Oh and I love how Sue always makes fun of Wills hair XD

Amusing enough, but she can’t pull off a Madonna song, let alone a video with the same fierceness and brilliance as the original.
I never had seen Glee until tonight…the show is def overrated and cheesy…but this woman is the only one with real talent acting ability and vocal…the dark haired girl is a good singer but her acting was awful
Not a Glee fan but Jane Lynch is SO fun and fabulous.
I forgot how cool the original video was…..this just made me want to see Madonna in the original…..and I’m not that big a fan of hers either. The song is a classic. It was a good effort by the Glee cast member though….

The video was awesome. She’s fantastic. Did anyone actually expect that she’d have the same charisma as Madonna? No, but it was a valiant attempt – she’s obviously a fan.

jane has been in sooo many excellent roles, I am so happy for her…she deserves the spotlight–totally hysterical and talented. I love Madonna–would love to hear what she has to say about this vid–not bad at all!! i loved when jane shooed away the hand playing with her hair. love it!!! live long and prosper Jane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE THIS GAL!! She’s so funny and entertaining.
She was great in that movie ‘Role Models’ that she did with Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott. The movie kinda sucked but she was hilarious as the junkie-turned-youth-counselor.
