Rachel Bilson dons teal RM for Roland Mouret at the opening of NYC’s Fifth Avenue Sunglass Hut flagship store on Wednesday (April 28).
The 28-year-old actress and Sunglass Hut Style Director will be maintaining a blog on the SunglassHut.com and participate in online consumer chats as well as Q&A video podcasts with notable fashion figures.
Rachel told WWD, “I love talking about fashion, so I can’t wait to talk to professionals who share the same passion. [Designer Karl Lagerfeld] an icon and he wears sunglasses at all times.”
FYI: Rachel is carrying a Marni off white linen, tan leather frame, top-handle hand bag.

Just googled Sunglass Hut. Don’t know if it’s a Fortune 500 company but Luxottica owns Sunglass Hut and other eyewear retail stores like Lenscrafters and is the leading maker of glasses worldwide but who cares.

Rachel, Rachel, Rachel…Karl’s got talent so he can do what he wants. It’s pretty sad that talking to Karl Lagerfeld about his sunglasses is your dream. I know you’re hoping for an endorsement deal but if you’re lucky your “blog” will consist of a well-fashioned press release by the designer’s PR folks and a picture of you next to a picture of the designers. Hopefully the designers realize you’re career posion and don’t want to be near you!!!

Jeeez why is it that she’s always showing up at social events like these?! Visually speaking, she’s not that great; somewhat kind of a microscopic in size same goes w/ her brain. Actually sans out of her blings, make-up, connections etc., she would actually be just working up at the Walmart.
