dude…i’m so excited about this!! i remember seeing him in a guide to recognizing your saints and being impressed with this range…it will be really cool to see him in a non-comedic/blockbuster role after so long!!!

^^^ Stop with the hateful comments. He is talented and beautiful, and if you don’t like him, then don’t comment.

I was really excited that Shia was going to appear in this film until I read that its based on a “romance-and-action screenplay”. Shia’s a really good actor yet every time he appears in action films (namely the Transformers films and Eagle Eye) its hard to take him and his acting seriously.

.oh my god. .sounds like the plot of a C-movie. .maybe he wants to film abroad. .no less paparazzi there I’m afraid. .this will be the final nail in the coffin which reads TYPE CAST. .unless Spielberg somehow rescues Shia from this limited range of acting and gives Shia a challenge.

@what: How do you know for sure that Shia is going to travel abroad? Just because teh story line is in another country does not mean that he will go there. There is a lot of films that were filmed in Canada but the story line was in the US
@1 stop spamming with your whtie trash comments. We all get it you don’t like Shia just move on.
@5 Will this be an action film like Eagle Eye? From what I read it sound more violent kind of action film a bit more than Eagle Eye, don’t really care for the violence.

Will Shia fall in love with the leading lady in this movie as well, like he did with Carey?

This isn’t a fan site.
If I want to post that in my opinion he is an ugly waste of space, then I will do just that.
In fact, I will say it twice.
This guy is an ugly waste of space.

@@3: Is this yosister? Why do you find Shia so ugly and a waste of “space”? I mean that is a little harsh don’t you think?!

Film sounds good! Wonder who the female lead is? And if they’ll film in Hungary.

yeah~ shia!!I’ll see anything he’s in

Have you all seen the movie “The Marrying Man” 1992 with Alec Baldwin? Anyway this movie sounds a lot like that movie. That movie was a great film. Hell I want to get it on DVD.

@Music 101: There’s nothing wrong with action movies. He’s a promising actor, check out his other stuff. Him in A Guide to Recognizing your Saints was impressive.
@BevPrz: LOL who knows. He’s said so many times that he always falls for the his costar, but once they part at the end of the movie, he usually moves on. Hope he sticks with Carey though, at least for now. They look really cute together.

And I’m glad to hear he’s in another role. I just love seeing him–on screen, in interviews, wherever. Love him!

so excited about shy’s new project!

i don’t understand all the hate comments – shia’s not an ugly dude. he’ll never be a model, but come on…..he’s cute. plus, he can actually act.

@@3:

You’re too funny! I’m not a fan of this young man, and why some people think (1) he’s handsome (2) he’s talented is beyond me, but calling him ‘white trash’ is a bit much. Be nice next time, OK? Promise me now. LOL!!
