Sandra Bullock & Taylor Swift: Most Influential People in the World (According to Time Magazine)

Time Magazine is back with its 2010 list of the world’s 100 most influential people.

The list was divided into four categories (25 people in each): leaders, heroes, artists, and thinkers. Glee‘s Lea Michele made the list of artists and guest star Olivia Newton-John wrote, “Lea, 24, is wise, savvy and beautiful, an extremely gifted singer-actress-dancer-comedian with perfect pitch (I love that!). She is well prepared for superstardom in a role that is tailor-made for her on a creative, original show.”

Here are some of the highlights from each of the categories:

LEADERS: #4 Barack Obama, #9 Sarah Palin

HEROES: #1 Bill Clinton, #4 Ben Stiller, #18 Jet Li, #19 Serena Williams

THINKERS: #11 Steve Jobs

Hooray!!! LALA GAGA! She is extremely influential and channels Grace Jones and David Bowie to create her own style….GAGA Madness has taken over the world!! The world knows she is the best newcomer in quite a while.

Another BS list. These things are so predictable and are old before they even come out. Just look at the list. Where are Oprah, Bono, Brad and Angie, Ben Affleck, George Clooney People who make a difference, Matt Damon, Come on Time!!!!!

Happy to see that a Brazilian, Portuguese leader like Lula Da Silva is top leader!!! He is making many great changes for the people of color in Brasil.

Hey where is the great J-LO and her husband? The two of them outsell every artist in the world not Lady GoGo. Where is JLO?

dumbed down @ 04/29/2010 at 10:55 am

robert pattinson??? this list is terrible. WHAT/WHO are these people supposedly influencing? being popular in the tween demographic by getting 12 year girls waste their parents’ money on merchandise doesn’t make you influential in anything of substance in this world.

I like Gaga’s outfit there.

han han?

He’s a great man

@Rio: You our brazilian right?

2008 revenues: $29.8 billion
