OlderChris Pine: MET Ball with Elizabeth Banks!
Chris Pine suits up in a Polo Ralph Lauren navy tuxedo for the MET Ball held at NYC’s Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 3).
The 29-year-old Star Trek actor and 36-year-old Scrubs star Elizabeth Banks were spotted heading into the 18th floor of The Standard Hotel. They hopped out of their car together and reportedly came from the MET Gala after-party at The Mark Hotel.
Elizabeth married sportswriter and producer Max Handelman in 2003 (they began dating since the first day of college on September 6, 1992). They last hit the red carpet together in September 2009 (pictured below).
UPDATE: Elizabeth says Paul Rudd was also in the car with her and Chris! She joked, “I would have really loved it if they had said I was in a three-way with Paul Rudd and Chris Pine.”

Um, her and her husband are very much together. If appearing on the “red carpet” actually means anything, they were last seen together on the red carpet at the Oscars. Men and women CAN be friends, folks.

Oh, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that suit – on him or any hottie with blue eyes. Definitely a keeper to wear again.

Chris and Elizabeth were next one each other in the audience at Oscar night(2010). Maybe just friends, maybe not!

Guys should stick to basic black for these things. That Tuxedo he has on is completely hideous and he looks like a clown. No other man looked that silly.
And that is weird to arrive at an after party with a married woman, but then again, I still say the guy is gay, but oh well. I don’t know why we prop these celebs up like they are important. All they do is go to parties and sniff each others rears. When do these people work?
