OlderLaw & Order Canceled
Law & Order will not return to NBC next season.
The long-running drama, which topped out at 20 seasons, neared Gunsmoke‘s record for the longest-running TV drama series in history.
E! News reports that the cast and crew was informed of L&O‘s cancellation today.
FYI: The cancellation only applies to the flagship Law & Order, so spinoffs including SVU will stay on the air.

I was in Junior High when that show first came on and I’m almost pushing 40. From what I heard you weren’t a true New Yorker unless you did time as an extra on that show lol

Good. Now they should cancel all the CSI series. CSI Miami, CSI New York, CSI Disney, etc.
FINALLY….I never did understand what people saw in that show. I think Grey’s Anatomy will be next on the execs list……..because let’s face it-It’s BORING! Now the spinoff to that, Private Practice is HOT! I love that show. Kate Walsh…..KUDOS!!! Tim Daley is still selling it……WHEW………
Everyone watches Law and Order SVU anyways so whatever.
I like SVU better, but I will miss Jeremy Sisto, and I agree about NBC always canceling the good shows, Third Watch and Vegas.

CSI is not the same without Grissom and Warwick. I hate them for killing off Warwick. He was too hot to die.
It had actually gotten a lot better the past couple of seasons with Jeremy Sisto and Anthony Anderson as the latest detective duo. I’ll kind of miss it. It’s been such a staple for so long!

and I know that they should bring back Law and Order Criminal

NBC sucks, this is a really good show and we want it to stay on the schedule.
