Fergie: 'Outspoken' is Fresh But Still Modern!

It was announced earlier today that Avon will be the official fragrance and cosmetics sponsor of the Black Eyed Peas‘ tour!

Fergie teamed up with the cosmetics giant to create her first fragrance, Outspoken! “It’s fresh but yet still modern,” Ferg told JustJared.com, adding, “The process [of creating Outspoken] was amazing!”
