Zachary Quinto Sounds Off on 'Heroes' Cancellation

Zachary Quinto has shared his thoughts on the news of Heroescancellation.

The 32-year-old actor, who portrayed ultimate baddie Sylar on the show, wrote, “the action has been taken. and this chapter (or volume) is really over for all of us who worked on the show – and for all of you who watched it. i want to extend myself in a huge swell of gratitude to all of the fans. for investing in the stories we told. for engaging in the characters we created. and for standing by us through all the ups and downs of what was at times a rocky road.”

“it has been a true honor to share this time in my life with my amazing cast mates and our indomitable crew,” ZQ continued. “i will certainly miss them most of all. the gift of working alongside such talented and inspiring people is something i will carry with me everywhere i go from here. and no matter where my work and my life take me – i will forever look back on heroes as the game changer.”

I’m going to miss him now that there’s no Heroes anymore. He needs to be in a lot of movies other than Star Trek, which was awesome because he’s a damn good actor. Good luck ZQ I hope you get all the best roles in Hollywood and get an Oscar in the future.

An intelligent, classy, sweet man. We definitely need to, and thankfully will be seeing more of him in the upcoming Margin Call, with Kevin Spacey, Stan Tucci and Carla Guigno. He has some wonderful things up for him, doors ‘flying open’.

Hoping only the best for him, he is a damn fine, talented actor.

:( I’m still sad about this, Zach is amazing I see good things for him in the future. Even if Heroes sucked they had a talented and great cast, Hayden P, Milo, Zach, Masi Oka, Ali… stupid writers they ruined such an amazing show.

Zach was always WAY better than this crappy show. His career is destined for great things, Tim Kring is destined for the unemployment line. He really screwed a good thing up.

Truth. Tim Kring and the writers messed up royally. I’m wondering what the rest of the cast will be up to after this, at least Zach has his future sort of planned out.
