James Franco is returning to General Hospital!
The 32-year-old actor, who played Franco during a stint on the show last fall, will return next month for a “wild ride of mystery, music, murder and mayhem”. James‘ first airdate back is Wednesday, June 30!
“We are so thrilled to welcome James back to General Hospital,” Executive Producer Jill Farren Phelps said in a statement. “We had such a great time with him and are very excited that he decided to return to Port Charles to take care of unfinished business.”
“Working on General Hospital was a great experience,” James said in a statement. “I love the cast, writers, directors and producers. They have become a new family for me. I can’t wait for the work we will do this summer.”

terrible. he didn’t even get a daytime Emmy nod and the ratings are in the crapper. That should tell him something. Dump that crappy show, franco.

Why do they call it General Hospital when it should be called the
Gangster.. no other show in daytime tv has this many gangsters
in it.. Oh and Michael will be beaten by Sonny’s gangster friends.
Other story lines have to do with modern 2010 storylines and here
comes James Franco again playing a sick gangster going after
Jason aka Steve Burton … So welcome you back with open arms
because this show is going down the tubes..The conviction rate
is basically 0 …why have a police station when characters get off

Hopefully he will bring Brenda (Vanessa Marcil) back!!! That would be awesome…Franco and Brenda!

The ‘Franco’ storyline was the best I have ever seen on GH! The character was so intense and he plays him so hauntingly. Love that he is coming back and SO excited!!
Can’t wait to see Franco again and see what he has planned for everyone in Port Charles this time around, hopefully doesn’t try to do something to Lante.
