OlderCANNES: Ryan Gosling's Blue Valentine is a Success!
Ryan Gosling arrives back in Los Angeles via LAX airport after a flight back from the 2010 Cannes Film Festival on Saturday (May 22).
The 29-year-old actor promoted his new movie, Blue Valentine, which received high praise from critics alike. EW noted, “Nothing really could have prepared me for this utterly devastating, completely believable marriage drama. It’s been a while since I saw an on-screen couple as convincing as Gosling and [Michelle] Williams, and if there’s any justice, they’ll both earn their second Oscar nominations for their raw, arresting performances.”

I can’t wait for this movie. It’s gotten rave reviews. Ryan and Michelle are two of the best of their generation. More about them and less about those other young no talent hacks who think they are something just because they were in a couple of movies.

He should avoid tapered pants and cardigans as they went out a couple years back. Not to mention white dress shoes. This is aging him beyond his appearance. He looks 1960′s like he should be on Mad Men. Maybe he is going on Mad Men to win an Emmy.
