Hayden Panettiere hits the blue carpet in Emilio Pucci on Wednesday (June 9) at the 2010 CMT Music Awards held at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.
The 20-year-old former Heroes hottie, who presented at the ceremony, joined country celebs including LeAnn Rimes and Taylor Swift at the celebration of the year’s best in country music!
Late last week, it was announced that Hayden will be joining the cast of Scream 4!
