Report: Lindsay Lohan Was Sober After MTV Awards!

Test results show that Lindsay Lohan was indeed sober after the 2010 MTV Movie Awards on (June 6)!

Lindsay‘s SCRAM bracelet was set off at Katy Perry‘s after party. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest after evidence of alcohol was reported by SCRAM data.

Now Linds‘ attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, says, “”They did a urinalysis through Medtox labs [after the bracelet went off] and it was indicated conclusively that there was no alcohol in her system at that time” (via E! Online).

It’s still unclear why the bracelet went off – mama Dina Lohan speculated that someone may have accidentally spilled some alcohol on the bracelet.
