A shirtless Michael Phelps cools off at the pool at Tao Beach on Saturday (June 19) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
That evening, the 24-year-old Olympian helped actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse (better known as McLovin’ from Superbad) celebrate his 21st birthday at Tao nightclub!
Guests including Ryan Cabrera and Evan Ross sang Happy Birthday, danced and ate cake for Chris‘s birthday.
