Ke$ha jumps rope during a workout with trainer Sonki Hong in a park in Los Angeles on Tuesday (June 22).
The 23-year-old singer worked up a sweat with Sonki, who’s a former master fitness trainer and intelligence officer for the U.S. Army! He’s also a five-time World Fitness Champion.
Recently, a funny video mixing footage from the original Star Trek series with “Tik Tok” was posted online – and it sounds like K$ loved it!
“OKOKOKOK so whos the one who found out tik tok was written about star trek?” she tweeted.

Everyone hates on everyone these days, especially the American people. If you’re not perfection, you’re mocked no wonder all these Hollwood girls become so insecure they have surgery and eating disorders. I hope a young girl like Kesha never has to resort to all that, as long as you are comfortable in your own skin and not unhealthy that is all that should matter.

@the net: I agree with what you said about body image. However, I also highly doubt Kesha is very healthy. Binge-drinking not only ruins your liver it kills brain cells, and causes so many other side effects!
