Ellen Pompeo and her husband Chris Ivery go their separate ways after leaving their home on Wednesday (June 23) in Los Angeles.
Earlier this week, the 40-year-old actress honored the Boston Celtics with a full-page ad in the Boston Globe.
“You are our 2010 World Champions” reads the ad, which was signed by herself, Chris, Maria Menounos, Dane Cook, actor Eliza Dushku, Donnie Wahlberg, Chris Evans, Michael Chiklis, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, amongst others.

BORING. Mediawhore Meredith.
Go Celtics!!
didn’t she say she was a lakers fan at game 7 ?
@camille: ikr
The Celtics won at not winning! Way to look at the bright side, Ellen.
So sick of you posting about this woman
@camille: She’s from Boston but lives in LA, so I guess she supports both then.
Who’s this girl i dont care
ellen is amazing, there are fans who like to hear about her so please dont be horrible about her there is no need!
ellen is beautiful and talented and a fantastic mom!
ellen rocks!!
***
She supports both teams actually.
she’s an arrogant snob and buttugly. go watch the Punk’d episode with her! lol she’s so pathetic. and a bad actress. go die Ellen Pompeo!
Well, there not the world champions. They may have beat those teams but they didn’t beat the Lakers. I knew they would use the excuse of Perkins being injured as a reason they lost. Umm, Andrew Bynum who plays for the Lakers had a bad knee for pretty much the whole season and they still won. The celtics did good and are a good team, but there not the world champions the Lakers defeated them!!
That’s just gay… a piece of paper stating “you’re our winners.”
World Champions???? What other countries competed? More like USA champions!!?
why are they taking this from the lakers who do they think they are! lol get over it losers. lakers won!
where is her baby
LOVE ELLEN, haters need a life
The Lakers should be embarrassed that the aging and injured Celtics took them to the last six minutes of the season. They beat them yes…but they did not soundly beat them…………..
@QUEST:
You obviously missed the point of the ad. NO ONE thought they would get by the Cavs…and some thought the Heat would take them to 6 or 7 games. To the fans in Boston…and their fans all over the country like myself….they’re OUR world champions because for a team to go 27-27 in the last 54 games of the season…and then go all the way to a game 7 in the NBA finals…is pretty freaking good.
@elle:
Wow, could you be more dumb? This team showed more heart and guts then any other team in the playoffs. They had a much tougher road to the finals and STILL took the defending champs to 7 games. THE BOSTON FANS, are showing their support for their own team. The ad only ran in the Boston Globe…not the L.A. Times. Get over yourself…its for the Celtics fans who are very happy with the result they came home with.
@elle: wow ur a serious loser. lakers did win but celtics made it that far. they deserve a little attention too.
BOSTON RULES!!!
CELTICS RULE!!!
BOSTON REPRESENT!
@shell: ur freakishly awesome!!!
