OlderOksana Grigorieva Files Restraining Order Against Mel Gibson
Oksana Grigorieva has filed a domestic violence restraining order against Mel Gibson, claiming he was “extremely violent”.
The Russian pianist and mother of Mel‘s daughter, Lucia, alleged that Mel committed domestic violence against her back in January, according to TMZ.
Mel also apparently requested a restraining order against Oksana to keep her from releasing specific information.
“In these cases, when somebody cries wolf, the judge is mandated to assume there’s a wolf, until a full hearing can be held,” a source told TMZ.

Until more details come out, accusations should not be thrown out that deal with as sensitive issues as this.

2 other blogs are claiming that MEL took out a restraining order on HER & still another blog is claiming that Mel’s ex-wife is ALSO taking out a restraining order citing previous “domestic abuse” – Well, better later then never, right?
