OlderFreida Pinto & Dev Patel: 'Last Airbender' Premiere Couple
Freida Pinto (in Oscar de la Renta) and Dev Patel walk the red carpet of Dev‘s new film The Last Airbender at Alice Tully Hall in NYC on Wednesday (June 30).
Dev told People that he had to assure his mother that he was not engaged after she read reports on the internet that he popped the question to Freida.
The Last Airbender, out in theaters July 1, is about 12-year-old Aang (Noah Ringer), an Airbender, who discovers he is the lone Avatar with the power to manipulate all four elements. Aang teams with Katara (Nicola Peltz), a Waterbender, and her brother, Sokka (Twilight‘s Jackson Rathbone), to restore balance to their war-torn world. Dev plays Prince Zuko, who is ordered to capture the Avatar.

No matter what you are expecting, you couldn’t possibly imagine how bad The Last Airbender is.
The Last Airbender is being called the worst movie of the year, a new low, ouch, said to be worst than Killers and Jonah Hex combined, haha M Knight Shymasuck is done

whatever the critic says.. i dont care, i’m a fan of the cartoon, i still go.. so i think still lots of its fan will watch the movie !!
Ebert gave it half a star! Half a star! Ay ay ay! Considering I usually agree with him, and all the others, I am going to skip this one for sure … may pick it up as a rental in the end, just to see it.
…This movie is getting some of the worst reviews i’ve ever seen, and it’s all because of Shyamalan (one of the worse directors in history)

I’ll be seeing the movie today, I hope it’s not as bad as everyone says. I’m in shock it’s getting such horrible reviews, the trailer looks pretty good.
I’m sorry it is getting such bad reviews. I’ve seen the cartoon with some kids I know and was all that impressed with it either but I was thinking the movie would be good from what I’ve seen from the trailers.
AT any rate Freida Pinto is gorgeous and I love the color of her dress. I think Dev is a nice guy.
i took my daughter & god son to see nicola & jackson at penns landing in philly the other day, they were so nice & friendly. they started talking to us like they knew us. Then jackson cracked a smile and i fell in love. LOLOLOL Hope the movie is good. Not a fan of M. Night, hes a crazy director.
