Penn Badgley: Surfboard Hopeful

Penn Badgley stays super healthy and picks up a Zico coconut water bottle at GNC in New York City last month.

The 23-year-old dreamboat is up for two Teen Choice Awards this year. Penn got a nod for Choice TV Actor: Drama (Gossip Girl) and Choice Movie Actor: Horror/Thriller (The Stepfather).

For drama, Penn is up against co-star Chace Crawford, The Secret Life of the American Teenager‘s Daren Kagasoff and Ken Baumann, and 90210′s Tristan Wilds.

For horror/thriller, Penn has to beat out Adam Brody (Jennifer’s Body), Leonardo DiCaprio (Shutter Island), Jackie Earle Haley (A Nightmare on Elm Street), and Micah Sloat (Paranormal Activity).
