Christina Hendricks Covers LA Times Magazine
Christina Hendricks is looking more glamorous than ever on the latest cover of LA Times Magazine.
The 35-year-old Mad Men bombshell started dyeing her blond hair red at age 10. When asked how she sold that choice to her folks, Christina shared, “They did it to me! I was obsessed with the Canadian novel ‘Anne of Green Gables.’ I decided I was Anne of Green Gables. There was something that spoke to me about her, and I wanted to have her beautiful red hair. So my mother said, ‘Let’s just go to the drugstore and get one of those cover-the-gray rinses!’ My hair was very blond at the time, but it went carrot red. And I was over the moon. I went to school the next day and felt like myself. And then I went back [to that color] over and over again. What a cool mom, right?”
The fourth season of Mad Men premieres @ 10PM ET/PT on Sunday, July 25 on AMC!

She’s 35!? Wow, she looks great, not that 35 is old I just would have guessed younger.
beautiful and talented actress :-)
wow, she’s so pretty! her eyes are mesmerizing.
she looks nice. it’s not usual for such extreme makeup to still be flattering. nice photography too, maintaining some respect for the subject, also not that typical.
I love that story about why she dyes her hair red. some parents are so uptight about things like that but its a small thing that made her so happy.
she is so hot. curvy is the best. she has a real pretty face too.
Wow. I had to do a double-take. This woman is classically beautiful.

She’s gorgeous.
I agree #5. When I was in the second grade I begged my mom for curly, crimpy hair. lol. I drove her CRAZY. She couldn’t take it anymore and right before I started third grade she took me to get a perm. So for my third grade picture I had the crimpiest hair that elementary school had ever seen. It was awesome.
thank god for photoshop but i have to admit she looks gorgeous
Amazing.
