OlderLindsay Lohan Gets 90 Days Jail Time
Lindsay Lohan arrives at her probation violation hearing on Tuesday (July 6) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 24-year-old actress was ordered to complete alcohol education classes every week, without fail. At the time of the court date, Lindsay had missed seven classes.
Linds got emotional when she addressed the judge after it was found that she had, in fact, violated her probation. “I’m not taking this as a joke – it’s my life, it’s my career, something I’ve worked for my entire life,” Lindsay said, fighting back tears.
“I wasn’t missing classes just to hang out and do anything – I was working,” Lindsay added.
FYI: Lindsay‘s SCRAM bracelet issue was not up for discussion at the hearing – the judge solely discussed whether Linds violated her probation by failing to attend enough alcohol education courses.
UPDATE: Lindsay was sentenced to a total of 90 days in jail for her reckless driving and for her consecutive DUIs. She will also need to report to a 90-day inpatient substance abuse program and remain on probation.

what part of probation does lindsay not understand?? she obviously thinks of it as some kind of joke. i mean god forbid that anyone should tell this girl what to do in life. where did she get tht idea that it’s one rule for dear sweet lindsay and another rule for the rest of us.

Finally!! She is lucky its only 90 days, she should have got the full six months. Silly girl has had so many chances but she never learns………… hope this teaches the hoe a lesson…….. seriously there are people without jobs, food, families, shelter and she wastes her life like this… what a joke she is………

I hope she does time – she really needs some time to think about what she’s done. She really had a great career going and was very talented (she might still be, who knows).
hopefully, they will be firm with the 90 days time and not release her right away. hopefully, this will wake her up to get serious and real about her life.
