OlderAdam Brody: Detroit Detective in 'Scream 4'!
Adam Brody loosens up his buttons from his police uniform after filming scenes for Scream 4 on Wednesday (July 7) in Detroit, Mich.
The 30-year-old actor, who wore a deputy ID badge reading “Hoss,” joins actors including Hayden Panettiere and Emma Roberts and scream alums Courteney Cox and David Arquette in the latest installment of the franchise. The film is set ten years after Scream 3 took place!
Scream 4 is expected to hit theaters in April of 2011!

Looking good in costume. I have faith in this film, but it has a lot to live up to. The first film was iconic, self-referential, frightening and satirical. Not many horror films can boast that.

I know it’s shocking, but Michigan does have other cities besides Detroit. Every time I read about a movie being filmed in Michigan, the article states it’s being filmed in Detroit. Not true 90% of the time. Scream 4 is not being filmed in Detroit. At least not yet. I know it doesn’t matter, but it’s getting on my nerves, so I needed to get it off my chest. You may now give me a thumbs down. ha ha :)

Yep. They are filming in Northville. They were filming at a book store there. They also filmed at the Courthouse in Livonia.
P.S. They also filmed or are filming in Dearborn.
I wonder if Courtney and David are going to met up with Gerard Butler. He is filming Machine Gun Preacher in the Detroit area, too. He was apparently in Westland yesterday.

Scream 4 is practically a dream come true. But I hope S4 is as good as the first and second and much better than the third.

Are they serious with this? Another local young officer getting killed in the movie? Why the hell are they even making more Screams? The first two were good, the third sucked badly. Just be done with a played out franchise.
@Halli: The third sucked because the film had a different writer and the studio rushed it. If this is done well, it could be something that Scream 3 wasn’t.
I do not understand this site anymore. Why are people comments been hidden? Everyone has a right to their opinion. I like Angelina as an actress but do not think people who do not should have their comment/opinions hidden. Very rude and bizarre. People take this way to personal, it’s bizarre, creepy and scary.
