Jared Leto rocks out a beach blonde mullet and bright blue fingernail polish as he hits the beach with a few gal pals on Wednesday (July 14) in Saint Tropez, France.

Last night, the 38-year-old 30 Seconds to Mars frontman attended the Byblos Summer Party (pictured below).
