The-Dream filed for divorce just nine days before wife Christina Milian gave birth to their daughter, Violet.
The 29-year-old crooner filed divorce papers in Georgia back on February 17, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
“There is no hope for reconciliation,” the filed papers read. “[T]he marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.”
Christina and The-Dream announced their separation about a week and a half ago. The two were married for less than a year.
