The Tudors hunk Henry Cavill will star as the lead in the new kidnapping thriller, The Cold Light of Day.
According to THR, pic centers on “a cocky young Wall Street trader who reluctantly vacations with his family in Spain. When his family is kidnapped, he is thrust into a government conspiracy and must unravel his father’s darkest secret in order to save his loved ones.”
Mabrouk El Mechri, who directed the faux Jean-Claude Van Damme documentary JCVD, will kick off production Sept. 6 in Spain.
Henry recently wrapped the Greek god fantasy Immortals co-starring Kellan Lutz, Freida Pinto, and Mickey Rourke.
Can’t wait to see both films!!!

Its not his first leading role. He was the lead in his first ever movie, Laguna, and he’s also the lead in Immortals. I don’t know why Kellen Lutz is first billed for Immortals, especially since Mickey Rourke, an actual movie star, has a much bigger role than Kellan.

This sounds really great. They will start shooting in Spain, next month. He is so talented . Dio mio… and so ridiculously beautiful and his manly voice and lovely accent and his tall and strong figure…grrrr…I love him!
Honestly, he is so crazily, ridiculously handsome…picture perfect. It is almost absurd to be THAT good looking. He is why i watched the tudors. And he is tall too i heard; 6’3″ to be exact. Not some little short sh*t actor. That face, that body, that accent, very talented and smart also. He was dealt a Royal Flush in life, lucky lady whoever lands him.
