  • BAndrew

RT: @Jesus_M_Christ People seem surprised. No, I’m not against Gay Marriage. You’re thinking of Satan.

I doubt Britney Spears even knows what Twitter is. I think her people tweet for her

  • actually

@Yasmin: It was (both quotes were). He just tweeted more.

  • Alaia

Jared, you are so PC at times. Why did you censor Kristen’s ‘bĂtch’?

  • sara, 22

Britney’s quote is so cute but it’s obvious her people tweeted for her ;)

@Jake: Funny how she(Gaga) was the only one who seemed to turn it around back to her! lol

  • Henny

I’m surprised you left out Katy Perry’s…

@Adam: Why do heterosexuals think they understand “homosexuality” better than homosexuals?

  • :)

@Adam: “This door’s wide open now. It’s going to happen, whether you like it or not.” #Prop8

  • Human EQUALITY

“Couples who meet & “date” for 2 months on TV can get married, but a couple who have been together for over 13 years, can’t.”

RT: sethmeyers21 Prop 8 was always my least favorite Prop. Favorite Prop: Joe.

  • t

    So awesome

  • Brenda

Please quote Adam Lambert correctly. The 2nd part about throwing glitter on this barn referred to his venue in Lubbock. Not the best for band, crew or fans, but Adam makes it all positive and made the best out of a really terrible showsite.

  • http://twitter.com P!nk

RT: Pink: Its a good day!RT @cnnbrk: California Proposition 8 ruled unconstitutional by federal judge; Same-sex marriage ban [link]

  • Jermaine

About time. You don’t mix the Church and State.

  • Zara

It’s not Equality if it’s only SOMETIMES.

  • ALEX

This is great! Finally people are coming out of the dark ages and realize … hey it’s the 21st century! Love conquers all and there are no limits or boundaries.

  • CanadaGirl

    Congrats, California.
    .
Why shouldn’t GBTLQ people be allowed to marry also? It wasn’t so long ago that we women and persons of colour were denied equal rights, as such we should all be celebrating this victory.

  • http://www.twitter.com/sophiabush SophiaBush tweets

RT: sophiabush A MAJOR step forward. Everyone deserves the right to love whomever they choose. I am proud to be from Cali again!

MyTheory: ALL people deserve the same human rights. Don’t like same sex marriage? Then dn’t marry someone the same sex as you! Live&LetLive!

Remember in the60′s people supported segregating public domains based on RACE! Those rules were overturned B/C of the constitution! ThankGOD

One day we will see that denying rights to some based on “definitions” is ridiculous, elitist, and sad. Love is LOVE. “All men are created=”

If 52% of voters voted to renact segregation tomorrow, would you say it’s okay b/c “people voted for it!?” HELL no. Think people. EQUALITY!

Reenact, btw. Typing so fast because I am mad as hell and I will NOT be quiet. I will not sit idly by. BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS. End of story.

Rights are rights. And if one group is denied rights that others are afforded by the same government, it violates our constitution. TRUTH.

Hate crimes are on the rise. Why? Those who don’t believe in gay rights are afraid?! Hate in the name of religion is pathetic. GOD IS LOVE.

If JudgementDay is the day to face him, why do mortals think they have a right to judge one another? That is not true faith. GodDoesNOTHate.

Yes! Separation of church & state!!!! RT @ThirdEye_84 @SophiaBush God should be removed from the conversation all together. From both sides.

Religion&Government should not mix.Period. Checks&balances, sep of church&state. DEMOCRACY is the reason we get to vote. Equality=Greatness

RT @ChristinaLLiao: @SophiaBush this country was built on a desire for freedom and as an escape from unfair treatment. What is freedom without Equality?!

@SLCyrus I agree!! We need to promote love and equality. Not hide hate in faith. They don’t go together! Sing it sister!

  • Faith

Civil rights should NEVER be voted on, this country is sometimes a poor excuse for a democracy..

  • http://twitter.com/iiimogenkc III

Adam <3 But you couldn’t have used a better pic of him? One resembling at least lol.

Seeing Britney’s tweet in my Feed made me so happy, Idc if her management wrote it on behalf of her, she’s expressed how she feels on the matter before.

  • Ms. N

As a former bi sexual now a lesbian..I am happy that people now have the equality to marry if they wish…Thank god for that judge…who used good judgement in his ruling…I hope if it goes to the Supreme Court that they will rule prop 8 unconstitutional.

  • Markus

Congrats & well done California. Now fix the rest of America. I am straight and I can’t believe in this day and age Human Civil Rights even have to be voted upon…

  • finally

    Eliza is so perfect.
    Lol Olivia..

  • Q

brit is great and always beautiful i like her sound of love

  • huge step but

    It’s only the beginning.

  • LMAO

The nutjob closetcase going round thumbing down all the positive comments leads a very SAD life. Congrats Cali. Equal rights shouldn’t even be a question.

  • Harry

It’s nice to know that the voice of the people isn’t being listened to – yea for the US (not).

  • Faith

@Harry: All that proves is the stupidity of said “majority”. This overruling is based on the law, not the poor little feelings of religious extremists…

  • http://twitter.com/rabbithoIe about time

    kristen bell, adam, brit <3

  • the stench of irony

@Adam: Yeah because someone who is racists AND a bigot like you is going to Heaven. You’re a joke of a troll and human being.

  • Iffy Miffy

When will some people understand that it’s just love and love is always beautiful? Meh, magical sky daddies belong in the 12th century, not the 21st.

  • Mom

Jared, funny how you post the response that only show they were against Prop 8. What about the other 90% that voted for prop 8. That is so one sided.

  • ICU

GREAT GREAT GREAT news! Now Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie can get married!

  • Carole

@ICU: Weren’t they talking about everywhere, not just Cali? It’s a step in the right direction, but it’s still a long road ahead..

  • Mack

    @Mom: @Mom:
Show us one interesting person who has come out for prop 8 after the ruling? (yes I mean a celebrity, since you are on a “gossip-site”). And 90 %?? Where are you getting your numbers?…………………………………

  • Lexy

@Adam: Your just a typical sad and hateful person who uses the bible to justify your own hatred towards homosexuals. Talk about pathetic. And why are you even on justjared if you have so much hate towards homosexuals, seeing as though jared himself is gay.
