Hilary Duff: Teen Choice Awards with Mike Comrie!

The 22-year-old actress won Choice TV: Female Scene Stealer for her work on Gossip Girl. She beat out Amber Riley (Glee), Bethany Joy Galeotti (One Tree Hill), Katerina Graham (The Vampire Diaries), and Shenae Grimes (90210).

Hil and Mike reportedly will tie the knot later this month with the help of wedding planner to the stars Mindy Weiss, who has previously worked with Gwen Stefani and Jessica Simpson. The couple is also taking private lessons with instructor Lisa Goodman to prepare for their first dance. So cute!
